Lovely family get away

We had an enjoyable long weekend stay at the cottage. The location is absolutely perfect and in such a nice part of Hove. We had a 4 year old in our party who loved all the toys on offer, especially the outside play house. Would definitely consider staying again. Thank you!

Brilliant Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this delightful Hove cottage. We were a family of five adults and all slept comfortably in our beds! The location of the property is excellent and contact with the property manager was very efficient and helpful when needed. Thank you!

Fabulous experience in cozy Brighton cottage

My daughter and son-in-law and their four children stayed in Sarah's cottage for nine days over Christmas. Right from the get-go when I first contacted Sarah about renting her place communicating with her was a breeze, she responded quickly and answered all my questions. Very rarely does a place exceed expectations but Sarah's place certainly did. First of all it was larger than I expected and so my daughter's six member family was very comfortable and in fact the place could have accommodated more people as there were two couches that could have been used as beds. The place was spotless and Sarah had decorated it so nicely for Christmas with a tree and everything which was so nice for children away from home at Christmas. She had also left a lovely welcome gift for them to enjoy. The kitchen is very well appointed with lots of dishes, pots and pans and cutlery; you could easily cook for a family or large group. The cottage is beautifully situated for exploring Brighton and just a block up from the beach. There is every amenity you could need close by including grocery stores and laundromats. I can highly recommend Sarah's place.

A perfect place to stay in Brighton

We had a wonderful time in Sarah's home, with my parents and our two sons. All 6 of us fell in love with Brunswick Cottage from the first second. It was just ideal for us, very cosy, well equipped and beautifully designed. The house is perfectly located to get to Brighton laines and other attractions and the beach is just 2 minutes away. But also Hove area is great for a walk with plenty cafes, bars and shops and it's architctural treasures around Brunswick Place. Sarah is the best host you can imagine, making you feel welcome and at home at once. Thank you for having us, Sarah!

Lovely central stay!

Sarah couldn’t have been more accommodating for our group. An absolutely gorgeous house suitable for a group of 6 of us in a perfect location a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk in the centre of town. Even though we were a party of adults we could see how the property would be well suited for a family stay. Fantastic space and very comfortable place to stay, would highly recommend and the welcome bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch! Would definitely stay again!

Great cottage

Host has been very good with communication before and throughout our stay. Cottage is located in a lovely place, short walk to the sea front and local shops. Inside it was very bright and clean and as described in advert.

Awesome Place and Location!

Great host! We were greeted with Prosecco and mince pies on the arrival. The whole experience from the beginning to the end was very straightforward and professional. We made breakfast every morning and the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. The cottage was clean, tidy, comfortable, nicely decorated, very homely and quiet! The beds were very comfortable. The bunk beds though are for little children. We had two 10-year-old kids with us and these were too small for them. We had an early morning, afternoon and late evening walks by the beautiful promenade! Would highly recommend! We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great holiday home for families

Cannot rate this gorgeous property highly enough. Beautifully decorated cottage. The children loved the triple bunk beds and the play area downstairs. Lots of toys to keep them amused. Fantastic open plan living space for the family to relax in the evenings. Great location. Beach and shops only 5 minute walk away. Property owner Sarah was extremely helpful and the prosecco and cakes on the arrival made a lovely welcome. We all felt very at home. My 3 year old cried on returning home as she thought Gorgeous Brunswick was her new home!!! Would definitely love to stay here again.

Loved Brunswick Cottage!!

This quirky cottage was great for our Weekend away with friends! It’s decorated lovely, the location is brilliant and the Owner couldn’t do enough for us! The welcome Prosecco and cakes were a lovely touch!! Would definitely recommend to others - the kids loved all being in a room together and there was still plenty of space for all 8 of us! Thanks Sarah for all your help! Hopefully we’ll be back again soon xx

Great house, beautiful location

The house was wonderful for our stay and Sarah was a perfect host- she went above and beyond to make the house feel welcoming and decked out for a celebration, which was a lovely touch. We all had a wonderful weekend in Brighton at Brunswick Cottage.

Excellent and idiosyncratic

Really enjoyed staying here. Comfortable, quirky, thoughtfully kitted out and very good facilities. Would stay here again, though would probably pack an eye mask. If you like a lie-in in the mornings, most of the rooms allow in quite a lot of daylight, but pack an eye mask and you'll certainly have a very enjoyable and pleasant stay here.

Lovely property

Stayed here with my wife and 2 year old daughter for 3 nights. This was our first Owners Direct experience and I was very impressed. Fabulous cottage with everything we needed including lots of toys for our daughter to play with! The cottage is beautifully decorated and with very comfortable beds. Fabulous location just 100 yards or so to the beach and shops. Nice easy walk to the Brighton Pier. Owner was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great place and location

We had a lovely time. The house is so close to the sea and close to all the Hove shops,cafes, bars and a stroll to the Brighton centre and pier. Would recommend.

Lovely, homey cottage in an excellent location

We had an excellent stay with the family in this lovely, homey cottage with a unique character and a location allowing us to walk into Brighton and Hove easily and enjoy the sea and promenade.

Perfect location, gorgeous house, & amazing for little ones!

Lovely house in a fantastic location, great communication with owner. Everything was simple, couldn't ask for more :) As for our 2 year old little boy - when we arrived, he walked around each room saying "wow.!" and on our way back home, he kept asking to go back to the "orange house"!!

Supertolle Lage, reibungsloser Ablauf👍

Tolle Lage, Strandnah, im Haus alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Allerdings sind die Kinderbetten (die oberen zwei Stockwerke) wirklich nur für Kinder empfehlenswert. Als Erwachsener hat man keine Chance dort hoch zukommen, da zu eng. Wir hatten für 9 Personen eingecheckt. Dafür war die Bettwäsche leider etwas knapp bemessen. Ansonsten aner ein rundum gelungenes Wochenende!

A fantastic experience at Gorgeous Brunswick Cottage in Hove

It was our first time using Owner's Direct and visiting Brighton-Hove area. Our family had a great holiday and the cottage was amazing. We found the whole experience from beginning to end very straightforward and professional. The owner was friendly and easy to contact with any questions and the location of the property would be hard to beat. Would definately recommend it to anyone visiting the area with family or groups of friends.

Quality property in Brighton and Hove

We stayed at this pleasant cottage in Hove last weekend June 4th. The house was clean, modern but with a retro feel. All mod cons. And very close to the beach and walking distance into Brighton. Communication with the owner Sarah was 1st class, nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when I'm next in Brighton.
