Large home directly on the water, well equipped, great for families

Everything needed was provided, bat& soap, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, three types of coffee machines/makers. The bath towels were some of the thickest ive ever encountered in a rental. T&e kitchen was ve=y well stocked. There was a large pantry which contained dozens upon dozens of spices available to use. Our family especially appreciated the clear ice machine; there was always plenty of ice available. One complaint heard from all quarters was the discomfort of the seating, from the sofa cushions to the well-mashed chair cushions around the dining table. Quite uncomfortable seating, indeed.

Relaxing vacation

This home is wonderful for a family or larger group, located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space for everyone. The house was immaculate upon arrival and had all the amenities you would need. The porch looking over the water is perfect, fully shaded in the afternoon making it very comfortable in the heat. I will warn that the kitchen and main living area is upstairs, so it maybe difficult for someone with physical limitations. Galveston is only 30 minutes away, NASA is about a 15 minute drive and the Kemah Broadwalk is a mile down the street. Would highly recommend!

We all enjoyed our stay in Kemah very much. The house had everything we needed and ample room. Charles is very easy to work with and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We look forward to our next visit.

Lovely, clean home and property

My family stayed at this beautiful home for a long weekend to celebrate my mom and dad's 60th wedding anniversary. We found the home to be clean and comfortable. We enjoyed drinking coffee while watching the beautiful sunrises each morning, eating at several restaurants nearby (Happy Hour at T-Bone Tom's was our favorite!), fishing off the pier, and just relaxing in general. The home is very spacious, and the nine of us had plenty of room. The beds are super comfortable, and the three king bedrooms have jacuzzi tubs. We enjoyed it so much that we're hoping to make this an annual family trip! Also, the communication with the owner was wonderful. He responds very quickly. Thank you, Charles, for opening your home to people like us.

Charming rental with beautiful views and great location

Beautiful home, that was clean and well maintained. Charles was wonderful to work with, and great communication. The views were amazing and the house had everything you needed. We all can’t stop talking about how comfortable the beds were. Would definitely rent again, and highly recommended!! Thank you Charles!

Awesome awesome home with fantastic water views and tons of space

We stayed here for a week in April 2023 to prepare for our daughters wedding. We had all of our adult children and their kids with us. Everybody loved this home! The views of Galveston Bay from the balcony is unbelievable. With the wall of windows looking out from the living room to the Bay made it especially nice. All of us loved waking up in the morning and having coffee while looking at the beautiful sunrises. The bedrooms allowed everybody to have thier own space along with great views. The huge living room with the dining room table area connected gave us tons of space to hang out and converse during our stay. The kitchen is really nice. Coffee makers, Keurig coffee maker, the stand alone ice cube maker which gave us tons of ice for drinks, and the big kitchen cooktop allowed us to cook and do everything we needed for meals and snacks. Our kids said having a TV in every bedroom along with both of the living rooms (upstairs and downstairs) was very nice since it gave them the option to watch their own programs, even though almost all of our time was spent conversing and enjoying the wonderful views. We went out onto the boat dock one morning and a school of dolphins (at least 3) came swimming up to us and were literally 10 feet away from where we were. We got some outstanding pictures of them right next to us. The pelicans (which there are alot of) were really cool to see and enjoy. Being able to park at least six cars in the long driveway made it very easy for everybody to take their cars on errands, etc. Overall, this was one of our best experiences ever with a VRBO home and all of the kids have already told us that they would love coming back to this area again and stay in this home for another long vacation. Which we are going to definitely do in the near future. Highly recommend this home. And communication with Charles, the owner, was extremely good. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had for him, and the binder in the home showing suggested restaurants and things to do was very helpful. Having the Kemah Boardwalk area less than a mile away allowed us to go there for several meals. Again, thanks Charles for a really wonderful experience and an awesome home for us to stay at for our daughters wedding!!

Spacious, well stocked house with a breathtaking view

The house is very spacious and well stocked, situated on a quiet street. It has breathtaking views of the bay, both from a wraparound terrace and from the dining/living room. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and the highway, and only 15 min away from NASA. Charles was an excellent host, responding to all inquiries and messages almost immediately. We had a great time and loved every minute of staying at this wonderful property.

Amazing Stay!!

Where do I start...this house was perfect for me and my family!! Before we even rented, I was in touch with Charles bc I was having issues booking the property and he was just amazing. He got back to me right away (which was so awesome bc it was a last-minute booking), and was extremely helpful, and available for any questions or concerns I had. The property has everything you could need, fully stocked, amazing views, great layout, just a perfect overall space for everyone in the family to be comfortable!!! There is also a walmart 3min away if you need to buy groceries or pick up something you forgot to pack. We also had pizza delivered, and breakfast, from local restaurants and the food was incredible. Very good gourmet style food. Another great thing is that the boardwalk is only minutes away. Thank you so much Charles for letting us stay at your property and we look forward to our next visit!!! If you are thinking about renting this house I say go for it,... you won't regret it. Only thing missing was a pool lol ;)

Family from Florida and California visit to the Gulf Coast did not disappoint.

The property was perfect for my family. There is so much room you can disappear and find a quite place. Close to fun for all ages. We absolutely love the home. Planning our next trip fall of 2023!

The best rental property!

We had an AWESOME stay at Seabreeze. Prompt, courteous communication with the owner. Seamless check in. Everything was clean and in order. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable. The bathrooms are also large with soaking tubs and big showers. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and then some. Plenty of room for everyone to relax in the 2nd floor living/dining area and the large balcony with the most fabulous view. We grilled most nights while playing in the backyard. The pier was great. We rented a boat from Cipriano Diaz on Boatsetter.com and tied up to it to come in for lunch. Even fishing off the pier was quite successful! Checkout was also a very simple process. We will definitely return to this property!

Absolutely awesome

There’s no other way to put it. Absolutely awesome!!! House was huge and accommodated all of us with enough room to not get on each other’s nerves. The directions for using everything was spot on. Everyone that fished had an amazing time and caught fish. House was literally “just down the street” from venue where my son was getting married. It was perfect! If I had to cha ge one thing…it would be widening the driveway. This was exactly what we needed for a large family event!

Fabulous house

This was a wonderful house and great location. Stayed here during the Lone Star Rally with a total of 7 people and never felt crowded. Only issue- water heater was too small for the size of the house.

Great family home! Very Comfortable

We rented the home for a family wedding. It was large and gave everyone their space and had a large upstairs for us all to gather. We enjoyed all the extra touches , spices, condiments in kitchen, bar b q , wonderful appliances, the ice maker, and plenty of towels too. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the views were gorgeous. Would rent again if we ever return to the area !!!1

Perfect Place to Stay While Celebrating Friends Wedding

10 of us ladies came in town for a friends wedding. I did not hear one complaint from anyone about this house or the accommodations! Everyone had a comfortable bed, so many bathrooms to share and everyone had plenty of room to get dressed for the wedding. And beforehand many restaurants to visit nearby and enjoyable back balcony view in the evening with a cold breeze. Everyone loved it! So glad it was available during the time we needed it… thank you.

Wonderful views

From the house or from the pier we saw beautiful views of Galveston Bay. Fireworks were everywhere! The home had great space, was conveniently located near the boardwalk and was well appointed with soaps, towels, etc. Great place to relax and enjoy the ocean!

Family Celebration

Really nice place to stay. Very convenient to Kemah boardwalk and all the Galveston fun. Lovely deck to have coffee in morning drinks at night. First morning there, had a school of flying fish come through. Lots of room would do it again in a heart beat!

Beautiful view of Galveston Bay

This is a lovely older home that has been well keep and updated. It is spotless and has everything that you would want in a home away from home. I’ve been here several times before and hope to return.
