Karen at the front desk is not very helpful. I was double charged for my stay, and was charged an extra night for Valet. She washed her hands on all counts. I was finally able to have the double charge for the stay reimbursed, however, she is washing her hands regarding the two nights of valet. When I asked to speak with a manager she proudly claimed she was the manager on duty, and she would not help me further (I know for a fact that the manager has the authority to waive valet, since last year my father had an accident and as compensation, they waived the valet fees). Horrible experience. It seems she is just doing it out of spite.
