Al llegar les explique que soy miembro Gold de Hotels.com y qué pueden adelantar el check in, llegue a las 12 del día y para anticiparme 2 horas me cobraron 25 usd con un cambio de cuarto a dos camas. Desconocen el programa Gold de Hotels.Com No realizan el aseo, las sabanas muy sucias y con agujeros por quemadas de cigarro. No volvería a hospedarme en esta cadena

Excelente para dormir, no es un hotel nuevo, pero es limpio y comodo, el desayuno no es nada recomendable. Pero la persona de recepción nos dio un trato excelente! Si volveré!

Hotel cerca de algunas tiendas outlet
El encargado del hotel me hizo pagar 50 dolares mas adicionales a lo que yo ya habia pagado a expedia, el argumento que expedia solo había reservado para dos personas y éramos 4, cosa que yo ya habia hablado con expedia y me aseguraron que mi reserva y pago era por 4 personas, al final tuve que pagar pues era tarde y de no hacerlo (según argumento el encargado) iban a cobrarme igual una noche, al final no me dio ningun recibo de ese pago.

Buena ubicacion
Atención y servicios son bastante buenos, las personas que lo administran, Indues, a mi parecer, muy atentos, solo hay que pedirles que cambien las sabanas de las camas con un poco de mas frecuencia, ya que con la política del ahorro del agua que hay en los Estados Unidos, las dejan mas tiempo del acostumbrado en otros hoteles, pero en general muy bueno, si regreso!!

I have stayed at this location (10130 Almeda Genoa Rd, Houston, TX 77075) for 22 days. This is not an expensive, luxury hotel. But, it truly earned my 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. It is a very nice hotel. The office is small and simple but well tended to and the young men are courteousand friendly. The rooms are ample enough and well distributed. It is very well kept. Very, very clean. I did not have any cochroach troubles!!! No type of infestation or bugs of any sort. NONE at all. It is very clean. The bathroom is comfortable and clean. They give you enough towels of various sizes. You get daily change of towels. And I had my sheets changed every third day. You have 2 trash cans with extra bags to keep your room clean. I mention this because this helped me keep my room free of trash and bugs. There are 2 large trashcans next to the stairs to throw away your trash and keep your room clean. The cleaning lady, Martha, was super nice. Cleaned my room every day and vacuumed it daily. The exterior looks a little aged but very clean. 22 days is enough time to see things and I never saw any dirt or trash in the halls or parking lot. Loved the fact that it is really quiet and I never felt unsafe. On the contrary, that is the reason I ended up staying here longer. I hope this helps anyone decide. As a senior citizen these are important issues for me.

I didn't like the fact the room has roaches. Roaches on the bed, the shower, the toilet seat, they are everywhere. This is sicken and disgusting, do something about it.

I wasnt expecting very much but i was grossed out by this place. But i was out of state so didnt have much of an options. The sheets smelled like that hadnt been cleaned. Pillows and sheets had blood stains and dark stains. There was white powder all over the place, and around the bed. I just laid the top blanket over it all and asked for another blanket that did smell clean. We were so tired coming back from an event super late. What little sleep we got wasnt very good. The remote didnt work with the tv, but luckily there was buttons on the tv. The bathroom had blood splatters up the wall. There wasnt a cup for the coffee maker in the room. And the coffe in the lobby tasted like water. There was only simple tea and original creamer. I was told when i was there that there would be no breakfast, which is why i chose this place. We would not have paid more money if i knew that. We would have gone with the cheaper option that didnt include breakfast. When we come back through i will not be using this place again
