I would rate it 5 stars. The experience was great and any questions I had was answered immediately and all instructions was on point. Our Thanksgiving turned out amazing being able to celebrate it their with family.

The location was perfect for our stay and had a great mix of great food locations for us to check out. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table for our recreational enjoyment. The restrooms and showers worked well and there was enough towels for everyone. Enjoyed being able to use the TV and all the apps for our relaxing evenings/nights. There was the discrepancy in temperature where lower floors were cold and upstairs were warm but understand it a product of the place and units.Place was very clean and didn't have any issues. There was some pre-existing damage but minimal and made sure to document to avoid any fees. I would stay again if wanted to be in the middle of the action in Houston as you in the middle of midtown, downtown, and EaDo.

Overall Great Stay! Positive -The owner has great communication, responsive via email & text. Attentive to your needs. Several various options like rental car service, Professional Photography, Makeup services, & Personal Chef if interested to ensure an amazing stay.The cost to rent was very reasonable. The townhouse was large and very accommodating for my party. I love that there were 2 patio/lounge areas for our morning group chats. The neighbors (to the left) were super friendly. The neighborhood (street) gave mixed vibes (slightly hood, but still safe), especially because their is a police sub station on the same street. Distance from everything was less than 10 mins away which was a plus. As for the negative, I would suggest the owner to update the pictures listed because the outside is a picture of the neighbors home, not the bnb but (both equally beautiful). The pictures inside only shows 1 floor and there's like 4 floors which we were unaware of. There were 4 flights of stairs!There were not enough towels to accommodate; however we placed an instacart order for additional towels and covers. At first we were skeptical of the street parking, but there were no issues thoroughout our stay. A few of the lights didn't work at all in the rooms and 1 of the closets so we were limited to mainly lamp lighting. Lastly I was told a deposit of 300 would be held on my card, but it was 600 it did fall off 6 days later. overall great stay would still recommend

Decent, but missed the mark.

The property was decent, it was fairly tidy, but there were several things that were just off about the place that the pictures didnt reveal.Beds and sleeping: in the listing it showed one of the rooms as pink with a twin over full bunkbed, my girls were very excited for this. This however was swapped out for two full beds, which from a business standpoint makes sense, but that wasnt what was advertised and my girls were disappointed. The room was also still in the process of being painted, so there was wet paint and paint fumes in the room.The heating and cooling for the third floor bedrooms was set to a pretty high temp and wasnt responsive to adjustment, so the first night was rather hot in those two rooms.The master bedroom had a thermostat that could be adjusted, however we discovered it was pre programmed with a variable temp schedule so even when we set the thermostat it would automatically revert to the scheduled temp. Wasnt until night two that i deleted all the scheduled temp times that both the 3rd floor and main bedroom finally adjusted properlyKitchen:

Perfect location

House was clean and 10-15 mins away from stuff we wanted to do in Houston. Communication was great. The game room and hot tub oitside area was a perfect way to end the night with family. I would book again.

I would not stay again

The hot water didn't work properly in certain restroom. It was really cold outside the 3rd level was extremely hot the 2nd floor was cold and the 1st floor was freezing. I had to open the windows on the 3rd floor to make it bareable and i used the oven to warm the 2nd floor

Recent stay

Overall the property was good. It only sleeps 8 in beds, but I guess you could do 10 if you included couches. Hot tub is lovely. Close to downtown, but not super walkable (minimal sidewalks). Would recommend!

Nice place, more attention paid to routine maintenance and upkeep

Many light bulbs were not working throughout the house, at least 5 light switches were either not working or broken, there was change in the master shower, like Pennies, the shower door was broken, did not shut, wall paper peeling off in several bedrooms, there was metal scrap hanging off the entry door that cut one of the people when walking through it, just a bunch of little things, overall upkeep of the house was very poor, the house behind ours had an all night party but I guess that’s just the neighborhood. The house thermostat would go up to 80 degrees then drop to 70 degrees without anyone having touched it, just overall this property needs lots of work. Probably would not rent again

Fun game room

We had a good time. The game room and hot tub made it especially fun for our teens. They have billiards, ping pong, yard-size jenga and connect four, corn hole, and an arcade console. The covered patio is nice. Christmas tree made it inviting. The bed situation is different from the pics and description. There is one king bed room, one room with two twins and one room with 2 doubles. That’s it. It really only sleeps 8, not 10, unless you include sleeping on sofas. Would recommend for the location.

Good But needs some TLC

The property is good. It definitely not worth the price. It’s clean no issues. There are some holes in the wall, everything is out of date and old. The TV’s were not operating correctly. The WiFi network that was on the check in communications wasn’t available. All in all it did the job, we had a great time playing the games provided and the hot tub. Just over priced in my opinion plus all the fees.

Great stay

Overall the stay was great! It is in a great location and within walking distance of going to a Houston Rockeys game. The place was clean and generally in good order with a few quirky thinks, like the dishwasher a bit janky and a shower not working, but this had little effect on our enjoyable stay. Everyone slept well and had a good time. Thank you!

Fun home in great location close to downtown

Kids loved the 1st floor game room. We loved all the space for the family to spread out. It was so close to MMPark and downtown activities. Hosts were super helpful and responsive with our questions. The only heads up I'll give is that guests can't use the garage and have to park on the street. Great stay in a great place!
