✔ Please clean up after yourself
✔ Leave thermostat at 78°F when checking out (minimum allowed: 71°F)
✔ Pets allowed: Dogs only (2 max)
  • $195 for the 1st pet, $95 for the 2nd
✔ No fireplace use
✔ Guest must be 25+ to book
✔ External security cameras for safety
✔ No smoking indoors – $1000 fine if violated
✔ Put out trash bins the night before pickup to avoid $125 overflow fee
✔ Pool Water Level: Please keep the pool water filled halfway up the tile. If the water level gets too low, the pump may not clean the pool properly and could be damaged.
✔ Inquire before booking stays over 30 days
✔ Guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to reservation.
✔ Routine Exterior Maintenance: To keep the property properly maintained, routine exterior services such as lawn care, landscaping, pool/spa service, pest control, trash service, and other exterior maintenance may occur during your stay. Because service providers may not operate on a fixed schedule, advance notice may not be provided. These services do not require access to the interior of the home. If entry into the home is necessary for non-emergency maintenance, we will contact you in advance.
