    If you're here for the Medical Center, a game at NRG, a convention Downtown, a FIFA match, or an extended work assignment, this unit delivers exactly what you need without overpaying for things you won't use.

    THE HONEST REVIEW

    This is a historic building with character and we want to set clear expectations before you book. Some sound transfer between units is possible due to the building's age and construction. Street-facing windows mean occasional outside noise is part of the experience. The neighborhood is in active redevelopment — it's urban, it's real Houston, and it's not for everyone. If you're looking for a quiet suburban setting or luxury finishes this unit is probably not your best match. If you want a clean, well-maintained space close to everything with a host team that actually responds, this is it.



    Guests with 3 stars or less or no review history are required to complete a security deposit or damage waiver prior to check-in. This is handled off platform and is mandatory before access is granted.
