Perfect Getaway

Beautiful home, better than expected! The layout of the house was ideal for our three families. Everyone had their own space and the king rooms with on-suite baths alleviated any issues. The home is spacious and the wrap-around decks were great for relaxing and watching the waves. The kitchen is five-star for cooking and entertaining. Would definitely come back.

Pelicans Galore

Enjoyed watching the pelicans fly over. The views were great with floor to ceiling windows. Had every thing you needed. Bought seafood from Roses and never had to leave for a meal. Great local getaway!

It was a honor and a blessing Out of all the houses we stayed at - i must say this house is at the top of my list! Only thing, because me and my son likes to fish, wish they would fix the light under the pier or put some lights on the deck That was the only problem

The house was perfect for our family Easter weekend. We had family come in from Delaware who wanted to stay on the water but one guest couldn’t do stairs so the elevator made it perfect. We were all able to be together. The owner was great with answering any questions we had.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house is large enough that everyone was able to find something to do and have his/her own space. And the host was very kind and communicative. It's also a pleasant walk (a little less than a mile) to Kemah Boardwalk, which is always fun.

Trying not to gush over this wonderful rental

Starting with this exceptionally roomy and well equipped house, our family and extended family were able to be together for a week over Thanksgiving with plenty of elbow space for everyone and all of the appliances needed to prepare our Thanksgiving feast. Then there was the ever gracious property manager. While this house has great appliances, things happen and he took care of them quickly. We are experienced in vacation property rentals and we've seen some dogs. This is house is truly a cut above, and yes, we would absolutely rent it again if were back in Kemah.

Spacious and Clean

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. It has large common areas and an extra kitchen downstairs. Great for larger groups. Also very clean with extra dishes and bedding.

Great Getaway by the bay

Our group of adults and toddlers had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was well equipped with anything you needed and very clean with a beautiful view of the water. We caught some fish off the back deck. Will love to come back!

Reunion

We had a great visit during thanksgiving with four generations. This home was perfect for all of us. We had plenty of space and privacy. Amenities were great. Host was so congenial and responsive to any questions or concerns. Within short distance to Kemah boardwalk , which was wonderful for our out of town guests. Recommend this home.

Perfect home for a group golf outing

Ideal for a group of men on a multi-day golf outing. Nearly everyone had their own bathroom, Master ensuite bath equipped with steam, jacuzzi and huge walk in shower. Two kitchens, one with all the bells and whistles, wet bar with wine chiller and ice machine, and most importantly an attentive and helpful host. Definitely will be back the next time in the area.

Great location, beautiful home and gracious host

We had a wonderful stay. The home is spacious and well set up for a group of adults. Bedrooms are large and plenty of bathrooms. The house is very clean with high quality furnishings, linens, and appliances. Beautiful view of the bay and easy access to Kemah. Charles is an attentive host and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Generational Family Retreat

We escaped to this beautiful property for Spring Break and had a great time. The home is beautiful and has plenty of room for extended family. There was plenty to do at the house and due to covid we didn’t venture out but still had a blast. We watched movies on the smart TVs, had a game night, and enjoyed amazing ocean views every day. The owner responded to every email as soon as I sent them and due to this, we felt so well cared for. And let me tell you how clean it is - due to covid we bring our own wipes to disinfect light switches, door knobs, and handles -and those wipes were still white when we finished! No dirt or grime anywhere! We’ve stayed in many hotels and rental homes, and this has been the best choice by far. We would love to come again!

Nice, quiet getaway!

Enjoyed our stay, the owner did everything to get the house ready for us after a freeze that broke some pipes and communicated with us well. Loved sitting out on the deck, enjoying the view with a glass of wine. Would definitely stay again.
