Cuartos comodos y muy limpios, no me gusto que se ofrece transporte al aeropuerto 24/7 pero en realidad es hasta las 10pm

The air conditioner didn't working good, the beds are no firmes,la alfombra ya es miy vieeja y sucia, el extractor del baño ya no funcionó y la puerta del baño es muy antigua todos los olores se pasan al cuarto

En muy malas condiciones de mantenimieto, el elevador esta terrible, sucio y falta de mantenimieto una huellade mano estampada en la puerta al interior de suciedad los 4 dias de mi estancia, mal aspecto, las cafeteras de los cuartos no funcionan no tienen los accesorios completos..el cuarto con olor a humedad terrible, se ve abandonado el inmuble, la alberca fuera de servicio, jardines sucios, alfonbras apestosas... para no quedarse nunca más.. cuarto 307 llave mezcladora de regadera no funciona bien tiene goteras, tina sucia con oxido..

le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel la recepcionista muy despota y sin educacion el lugar muy sucio desde que entras los pasillos sucios el elevador deplorable. limpieza de la habitación regular. no lo recomiendo
