Wonderful Experience
Everything about the house and my experience with the host Le exceeded my expectations. The house is beautiful. It is comfortable. It is immaculately clean. The furnishings are high quality and functional. Le has truly thought of everything: books and games for children and adults, a gorgeous pier perfect for fishing and crabbing, a kitchen that is very large and stocked with everything necessary to cook for a group. The balcony is huge and has lots of comfortable seating and shade. The patio on ground level is large and has lots of comfortable furniture. There is a large screened-in porch with ping pong and foosball. There are two kayaks for guests to use. Everything inside the house is clearly labeled, making it easy to choose what is needed, and then to return it to its correct location. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are plentiful and high quality for guests to use during their stay. We are a group of college friends who are now senior citizens, we live in different states, and the house was exactly what we needed to make the most of every precious moment together. Le was a pleasure to work with and I would love to stay in her beautiful home again. It is the most special VRBO that I have ever experienced.

Perfect getaway in Kemah at the Boardwalk
I can’t stress enough how truly perfect this experience was. Best VRBO hosts ever - seriously. Amazing communication and the property was incredible. Every drawer, door, etc., is labeled - they thought of everything. Fun property as well.

Excellent House
This is one of the best house we have stayed at. Very nice, well organized and accessible to Kemah Boardwalk. Pier is great (even though they didn't catch any fish). Would highly recommend this house from large groups and families.

Beautiful home on the bay
Clean, beautiful home with bay access and in easy walking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants, and bars. Plenty of games and activities provided at home to host guests of all ages. We had a wonderful trip!

11/10 Stay!
My friends and I stayed here for a fantasy football draft and the place exceeded our expectations! The fishing pier was the highlight for us but we also very much enjoyed the games throughout the house, especially the foosball table :) Location can't be beat as well. It's also within 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and all the various bars and restaurants nearby. Hands down the best VRBO stay I've ever had and Le was such an incredible host. Can't recommend this place enough!

The perfect place for our family!
This house has everything we needed for a lovely weekend getaway for our family. The location is fantastic! We were both on the water and a short walk from the Kemah boardwalk area. Communication with owners was clear! The property was neat and clean. We will happily stay there again in the future!

Relaxing

First off, the house couldn't be in a better location. It's right on the water and steps away from the boardwalk. Second, the house itself is fantastic. Very clean, spacious, well kept, and the amenities are great. I really enjoyed this place and would book again.

Perfect Summer Getaway
Location location location! This house is walking distance from everything and we had so much fun. Prefect for our group of 7 adults. It's a lovely, very well appointed, comfortable house with amazing views from both up and downstairs patios. Comfy beds and furniture. Several sitting rooms around the house and outside, with lots of fun games to enjoy. The lights!!! OMG the pier is like a picture when it's all lit up! So picturesque. Had a hard time getting the guys away from the video game machine, but when we finally dragged them away we drove to a lovely, private little beach called El Jardin. We walked everywhere else- the Boardwalk, tons of restaurants, boutiques and bars. Plus the house has really simple and straight forward rules- and everything is labeled and in good condition. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful get-away
We had a great time relaxing at this home. We didnt have time to enjoy all the aspects but we plan to stay again. Walking distance to Kemah was perfect as well as as the resteraunts near by. Highlight was the fishing pier which suprisingly all of our teenage girls enjoyed and hung out their both nights!!

Great property!!
Decided to spend my daughters 8th birthday in kemah. Location is literally right around the corner from the boardwalk. 5-10 min walk from all the restaurants. The house itself was just as listed. Comfy clean bedding, cold ac through out the home & all the amenities. The family loved the ping pong table & foose ball table. Definitely not a home to pass up

Best year round rental!
Second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first! Super family-friendly house walking distance to Kemah boardwalk. Lots of activities on the property for all ages as well as spectacular waterfront views. This will continue to be a trip we plan to do yearly!

Wonderful home and host!!!
What a wonderful time, home, host and experience! The home is gorgeous, very clean and welcoming. Booking and check-in were easy and we felt at home immediately. This home is set up not only for staying overnight but also having fun with family and friends. We fished, played games, enjoyed quality time and relaxing in the waterfront atmosphere. We also loved the convenience of walking back and forth to the Kemah Boardwalk when we wanted. The host was very kind and helpful and we plan to stay here again!!!!!

Absolutely perfect
We rented for a family weekend with our grown kids and grandchildren. The house was amazing! So clean, well stocked, everything we needed was there! The kitchen was immaculate and so user friendly. The large dining table was great for a big breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There was a great play room for the little ones. The beds were so comfortable. And there was plenty of room to spread out and still feel connected. I would highly recommend this rental!

Unpleasant experience
Be careful. He charges you for anything. Don’t have a single extra guest on property or additional visitors. Read through expectations closely, if you don’t align with any of these, don’t rent the property.

Unfortunately the guest broke our house rules by exceeding the max number of guests more than two folds and having guests not on the reservation on our property. Guest was aware of the rules but chose to disregard them.It was an unpleasant experience for us

Perfect View, Perfect Space, Perfect Location!!!
It's no wonder this has perfect 5 stars!! This is my third stay in the last couple of years and just as on the previous visits, the property was immaculate, well stocked with everything you can possibly think of, and the best view ever! The upstairs porch is so well thought out with just enough cover so that you don't bake or when it is raining you can still enjoy the lovely view, and design to catch a nice breeze. We got to see some lovely storms roll in from the water which is stunning from the top porch. This property is perfect for a girls weekend (which is what we used it for) however it is also perfect if you have a large crew and put the kids downstairs and adults in the lovely upstairs bedrooms. Absolutely HUGE dinging table that can easily fit a large crew. They also have plenty of streaming on very nice TVs and TONS, TONS, TONS of games. I noticed that they also had a kids highchair along with cups and utensils for the smaller ones. The owner is always available and quick to respond to any questions. And I love the USB plugs in the living room and upstairs masters. Very handy. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Could not be better. Just far enough from the boardwalk that you can't hear the noise, but just close enough that it is a quick walk.

Work retreat
Took my employee on a company retreat. This house was awesome. Everything you see on the Vrbo is exactly what it looks like. Perfection. We fish had fun. Walked to near by restaurant on Friday anc Saturday never had to leave the house. Thankyou

What a great getaway!
Loved the home, the location, the cool breeze and layout of the house. Only missed having a dock/pier, the boys were not happy about that due to their goal of fishing. But again, awesome. We will be staying here again.

Perfect family vacation home
This home was absolutely perfect in every way. The communication with the owner, the layout, cleanliness, the view and proximity to local attractions, the amenities such as kayaks, basketball court, ping pong table, board games, even a little arcade table for the kids. A TV in most rooms so spreading out was easy to do. A high priority for me are the beds, linens and pillows - a nice house with cheap beds is a deal breaker for me and these were so COMFORTABLE! The shutters throughout the house keep it even cooler and nice and dark at night. There’s also a separate thermostat for the lower level so everyone was happy. Those who like it colder slept on one level and those of us who like it more room temp slept in the other. There’s a lot going on in the area which we loved but once inside the house is serene and quiet. No noise concerns. The area brings in a very diverse group on the weekend as well which we really liked. Everyone is welcomed. This has been the best family vacation we’ve taken with our kids (7 and 9) and we all agreed we’ll be coming back next year again. Highly recommend. Perfection yet again! Great place to stay for families or girl's weekend!
Just as our last visit, the place was immaculate and well stocked. Any kind of cooking you may want to do, and you will be completely set. Lovely views from every room. This is the perfect place to stay in Kemah. Just close enough to everything that it is a quick walk away and just far enough that the noise from the boardwalk will not be heard. And I love that the patio is so well designed. Plenty of shade in the summer to keep you from baking in the sun. And in the winter, there is some protection from the winds. So this place is perfect summer or winter. We enjoyed lot of time watching the sailboats coming in and out. We went for a girl's weekend and love the 2 master setup upstairs. However if we had kids this would also be perfect because there are plenty of rooms downstairs, separate TV for the kids and lots to do. They have lots of board games as well as arcade games. No chance of getting bored here. I can't recommend this place highly enough. This has become our "goto" place for a quick getaway. Also another note, the owner is very helpful and quick to respond when needed.

Perfect stay for our group
We just finished staying at Dozen Palms Bay Retreat. It was perfect for our group. The house was exactly as advertised with a great location. It was clean with many amenities for kids and adults of all ages. We appreciated the excellent and patient communication with the owner most. We will rent this property again. Thank you so much.

GREAT Holiday with the Family
The house in Kemah is great. Great location, great features, great communication with Le leading up to and during the stay. We had amazing sunrise views, great moon rises and lots of ship traffic to watch. It was easy to get to NASA and all the other things we wanted to as well. I would stay here again if heading to Houston.

Wonderful.
The house is very clean and every aspect was very well thought out. Large room for gathering. Games for adults and kids. And a very short walk to the boardwalk without the feeling of being in a busy area.

Birthday Weekend
We had a wonderful weekend at this house. Right on the water, so close to the Kemah Boardwalk and Starbucks. Everything was within walking distance. House was big enough we could spread out and not be on top of each other. Lots of memories made!
