I am writing this hoping it helps someone else not have the horrible experience we did. We got there and the pictures, especially the first one do not match the apartment at all. The sofa, carpet and areas in the bedrooms were stained and looked dirty. We were still going to stay, but after unloading our groceries, we found 2 roaches in the kitchen. We took photos and contacted the host immediately and left and had to go to another hotel. The worst part was that the host stated they would call an exterminator, but they did not and they refused a refund. I don;t believe this property should be listed on Expedia based on our experience.

Positive notes. Location is great, a 5 minute drive to NRG. Great restaurants and shopping centers are within close distance. We went on a trip for the Houston Rodeo. The negative. Since we live 7 hours away, we would have loved to get directions 24 hours in advance. We didn’t get an email until 2 hours before for the reservation details. There were red stains on the floor mat in on of the bathrooms. There were also red stains on the sofa bed. (All these stains looked like blood). Please was not cleaned properly or maintained.

Very cute, beachy place. The lights and swing chair were a great addition. The pullout couch was dirty so we couldn’t utilize that. Everything else was perfect, great place to stay near downtown.

On the plus side, the communication with the property manager/owner was outstanding and instructions very clear on getting in, parking pass, etc. There are two large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. In unit laundry was also a plus. On the other hand, parts of the apartment were tired/less than clean (carpets, shower curtain, bathroom in general). In addition, road noise was significant, particularly in the morning.

We have stayed here many times. It's usually the first place we check for availability. Location is within driving distance of MD Anderson for us. School traffic from the neighboring school seemed busier than usual this time. We'll time our arrival better next time to avoid it.

Great location

In town for the AAU Junior Olympics. Location was less than 10 minutes from the stadium. Easy in and out, clean and comfortable. Owner was quick to respond with any issue we encountered.

Not clean at all

Me and my friends stayed here at this property for the weekend , we were really excited to stay at this location as I have stayed here last year , this time we got a different unit than the last time . the check in process was easy . But upon checking we noticed that the place was not cleaned before check in , bathrooms were messy and decor was broken , some furniture was broken . Upon that when we checked in we took few minutes before we placed the parking tag on our car , within minutes our car was towed away and it took us an hour to get hold of the property office to find out where our car was taken as nobody would answer the call . After getting the address spending 25 in uber we find out our car was not at this location, the towing company took the car to different storage which was 30 mins away , we spent 35 in uber again because of miss information provided by property management, and finally we paid 300 to release our car from the storage . Horrible experience I would not come back at the property again .

Our favorite!

My family and I always try to stay here evey time we have hospital visits and we get so bummed when it's already booked up because it's our favorite place to stay! Super quiet, clean, and plenty of space. Even the beds are big and comfy! The pool is a really nice bonus as well. It's been clean and well kept during all of our spring/summer stays. I have always felt safe and comfortable when staying here. Plus, the owner is so sweet and accomodating! We really could not say enough amazing things about this place. It has become our home away from home for sure, and it will always be our first choice.

Great location

We had a quick one night stay here came into town for a concert, this property is less than 2 miles from NRG stadium which is one of the reasons we chose this place. The rooms were spacious the beds were super comfortable and plenty of room for my group of 5 adults. The area is nice and safe with beautiful million dollar homes surrounding the area. If you get this place you have to try an amazing restaurant thats right down the street about a mile and a half, its call frnds. This place was very chill with great music, food, drinks and hookah. Back to the house, The only thing i would suggest is a fresh coat of paint on the cabinets and when we first entered the house it did smell like someone had smoked in there but the smell did go away, but thats no falt to the owner. Thank you so much for opening up your place for others to be able to enjoy a get away.

Island Paradise

We loved our stay in this comfy apartment! The beds were comfortable and the swing in the living room was a nice touch - very relaxing to hang in there for a bit. The kitchen was also well stocked. Note that the apartment faces a school parking lot so the lights from the lot can be a little bright in the morning and the road noise is a little there. Bring a sleeping mask and a sound machine if either of those may bother you; otherwise, the neighborhood was great with lots of food choices and the property manager was very responsive!
