Overall, the apartment was clean. However, it needs improvements such as repairing the toilet, the refrigerator, and the shower, as well as a thorough cleaning of the carpet and cushions. Rice Village is nearby with some nice little restaurants.I sent several messages and the host don’t answered me. He seems to be responding with automated messages.

This was the perfect location for us. My husband had two surgeries at MD ANDERSON. We needed to be in Houston all week. The apartment was less than a mile from the grocery store and pharmacy. The apartment was super clean and we felt very safe. The host gave us very good directions to get into the parking garage. The bed was comfortable. The sofa was less than comfortable and the carpet in the bedroom needs a professional cleaning but everything else was PERFECT!

Comfortable and convenient!!

Booked this location to attend a concert at the NRG Stadium, and it was perfect! It was even closer to the stadium than what I thought which made being dropped off, and picked up, so easy. It was also close to everything else we had planned, attractions and food wise, so A for convenience. Host gave very detailed instructions for everything, so check in/out was a breeze. The apartment itself was very clean, and comfortable, for 3 adults and 1 teenager. Felt safe, and loved having the security of a parking garage. Entire complex was clean and the pool was beautiful! Will definitely book again.

Nice and Convenient

The unit is in a convenient location for the area around all the health centers, Hermann Park, Zoo, NRG Stadium and Rice University.The unit is very well stocked and has nice amenities including a gym and covered paring with access directly to the unit.

very welcoming and clean, can park right next to the front door so packing and unpacking is very convenient. clean space , provides with almost everything down to coffee and laundry detergent! 10/10 very pleasant space:) .. and i think the pool was heated loved it !!

Island Breeze did not disappoint. The apartment was very clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. The location was safe and very quiet. The host is very responsive. It is near the Medical Center and has a variety of dining options close by. We have to return at the end of May and were disappointed that it is not available for our dates. Would definitely stay again.

Houston Livestock Show Exhibitor

I stayed her with my daughter while she showed her animal at the 2025 Houston livestock show. The location is close to the livestock show. It is clean and seems safe. It is near several restaurants. Parking is a little tight in the garage but we made it in a crew cab, long bed truck.

To take a class

I booked this to go to a class. I canceled the reservation before the 31st and i was supposed to get half of my money back from the booking, and i did not receive my refund. At 1st the host said i was not suppose to get any money back but (the policy stated i would get half back) he would give me the full refund that when i told him i did not think i would get the whole refund just half and he agreed on half . I never received it.

Great stay

We loved everything about this property. We love the beach so the tropical theme was great. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Terrific pool, quiet property, garage parking close to the room, nice neighborhiod. And close to MD Anderson. Will definitely stay again
