This modern home features 3 floors. It has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 full bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and the other two are on the third floor.

First Bedroom, located on the first floor overlooking the Front yard includes one queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in bathtub.

Second Bedroom: This bedroom is located on the first floor by the garage entrance. It boasts a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom.

Third Bedroom: This room, located on the third floor, has a full size beds, an en-suite bathroom, a bathtub and a wall mounted TV in the bedroom.

Living Room: The open-plan living room is located on the second floor, and connected to the kitchen and dining area, making it perfect for entertaining.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped with everyday essentials and is perfect for enjoying quality time with family while preparing your favorite meals.

This home is ideal for those who enjoy the energy of the city with quick access to major highways, local dining, shopping, and all that East Downtown Houston has to offer.

Our guests have complete access to the entire home.

We like to give our guests their privacy. But please know that we are only a phone call away. Don`t hesitate to call us if you need anything during your stay.

IF PETS ARE ALLOWED ON EXCEPTION, PET FEES WILL BE COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING.

NO LOUD MUSIC OUTSIDE. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM TO 7AM.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE AS THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOME. YOU MAY SMOKE OUTSIDE AT LEAST 10FT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.

SMOKING VIOLATION ATTRACTS A $750 FINE.

FOR MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS, YOU MAY BE EVICTED FROM THE PROPERTY.

To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
