El hotel cuenta con muy buen servicio y excelente desayuno diario. Además de un muy buena ubicación del centro de convenciones y del parque Minute Maid.

el empleado del front desk me asigno una habitacion de menor rango a la que contraté , fuí a esa habitación a ocuparla , me devolví a reclamar, ese mismo empleado se disculpó porque efectivamente pague por una habitación diferente., me ofreció devolver la diferencia. Por que ese empleado no ofreció disculpas antes ?, por que no me alertó de la situación ?, simplemente asumió que yo no reclamaría., y eso quedo en evidencia con su actitud nerviosa., muy mal

Great hotel; the room was very clean and the staff very kind and helpful. The hotel is right on the heart of houston downtown lots of restaurants and just one block away from Minute Maid Park

Excelente hotel
Es un hotel excelente, ubicado en el centro de Houston. El personal es muy amable y las habitaciones están excelentes. El desayuno es de muy buen sabor y buena variedad. Lo único es que no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, y te cuesta dejar tu vehículo en el valet.

This hotel was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The muscle cars drove by throughout the night stopping at the light in front of the hotel. The music was so loud as were the cars the 10th floor didn’t help with that. We got very little sleep. We should have known that it was loud because of the one pair of ear plugs (for our fam of 4) on the bedside table. Nothing could keep out this noise. The worst!

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the noise issue outside of the hotel. This is definitely an issue we can bring up to the city and hope something does get resolved with it. I can see how this can make an uncomfortable experience. We do thank you for choosing our property, we hope to see you again in better circumstances.

Loved staying here for the Astros game. The desk staff were amazing and were so professional and kind even when the potential guests were totally obnoxious! We will definitely stay here again.

Very spacious first time in texas
The service checking in and any questions was excellent thanks to Paul. First time to Texas for a quick weekend getaway. However there was a snow storm and we had 4 delays before departure. We technically didn’t check in until 1:30am the next day. Saturday morning I asked the front desk is there anyway any of my money could be returned, and the person stated it’s not their fault we had a delay. I said ok and walked away. The hotel is beautiful and spacious rooms. However there were little eyelashes in the bed, someone’s earring on the bed and trash left in the kitchenette trash bin.

Biggest note I have, is that they're valet-only at $50. Parking lot across the street is also $50, but you've gotta leave at 9:30am. I should've figured, but if you can stay outside downtown - do. Otherwise, it was fine.

We were surprised with a $350 valet fee for our 7 day trip, which was not fun. But the staff were friendly and professional. The amenities were clean and set well. I would recommend updating to smart TVs for people who don't want to watch cable TV (for Netflix, Hulu and YouTube). The custodian damaged a keepsake from our trip which was hidden under furniture in out room. Breakfast was good.
