It is unfortunate I have been in more prestigious hotels, and if it is true I arrived 1 hour 30 minutes before 3 to register, but instead of helping me find another room that was not the one on the reservation, the person made me wait until 3 pm, I hope they change those details because it made us feel uncomfortable

Trato exelente, las personas de recepción son muy amables.Las áreas comunes imoecables y con toallitas desinfectantes disponibles en los pasillos. Las habitaciones sanitizadas y muy limpias. El desayuno de cortesía es bueno.

Quiet, clean, very neat, professional and polite staff. Beautiful entrance! We absolutely will come back to stay at this location! Nice quiet, safe surroundings! Front desk was great! I had to book a last minute trip and found this little gem to stay at. Unfortunately they only had one room available, but the clerk offered to call their property next door to see if they had a room available (which they did). I appreciate that he was willing to go out of his way to help.

An excellent place, I recommend it, a familiar, clean place, the employees are very attentive, helpful and help a lot, the breakfast is delicious, the business area, bathrooms, pool and gym very clean, it has a laundry room, I give this hotel a 5 star, I would give it more but there is no other rating, very happy and grateful with everything.
