This was not the property we paid for. The day before our arrival, one if the owners called and said, they have a plumbing problem. Then said he had another property that was and I quote, "An Upgrade," If you call a still renovating property an upgrade. I do not. The house was anything but, first the code did not work, then there was No hot water, the internet didnt work and the TV's all had two remotes that didn't work, unless you closed a bedroom door that had the modem. The owner then had the audacity to tell us to, a. Strip the beds throw the sheets in the wash with a pod and start it. Then told us to make sure all dishes were loaded and the same. When someone did come to take care of the matters listed above, the female was rude on the phone who asssumed we didnt speak Spanish and told the gentalmen there if we didn't like it tough we could leave. The female also told the gental to turn on his camera and walk to see who was staying at the house. He took his camera and act as if he didn't have a signal and walk all through the house filming us. As if we were criminals. The gental tried to apologize for her and her behavior. CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR PRORETIES. This was a hugh inconveniences for me and my family who was trying to say Congratulations to sister and he new job and have a nice Thanksgiving. Instead we had the plumbing problem and a place that was in mid renovations and spiders and bugs, cobwebs, dust, and a pool area that she refuse to cover w/small kid
