Dirty, unsafe, understocked, and not as advertised
Upon entering the property, we were met with dirty floors. We noticed that the smoke/fire alarms were removed from the ceiling and we're sitting in a trash bag in a kitchen drawer. There were dirty dishes in the sink. We were given half a roll of toilet paper for a 3 day stay with 2 people . The hand soap that was left was watered down and the shampoo and body wash provided was nearly empty. The windows were all open, I assume to help the smell, so it was freezing inside. The bed was broken near the headboard. The sheets were very thin and the bed was so firm it might as well have been the floor. We were 2 guests with a 3 day stay and we were given three towels and no hand towels. There was nowhere to hang towels. We went to do laundry and noticed the closet was locked. I messaged the owner who insisted it was open. After a day of miscommunication, it was revealed that the "included washer and dryer" was not actually in the apartment, but a shared laundry room for the complex with one washer and one dryer. The owner said we would need credits to use the washer/dryer which is NOT advertised. The kitchen only had one spoon. Cupboards and closets were filled with trash bags. Overall, the worst VRBO I've been to. Extremely disappointed.
