Nice roomy house that needs attention. The fungus gnat problem needs to be addressed. It is not because of doors being opened because they were there when we arrived and it rained every day we were there til last so doors were not opened. They live in the drains and they are in all of the drains. They fly at your face and land on your food and in drinks are very annoying to have to live with. I did not expect to be sharing the house with bugs for the price of this house. The master walk-in shower does not drain. Not only is it concerning while your watching the water rise but you have to stand in your dirty water which is gross. The master shower head either needs some attention and cleaning or needs to be replaced as it shoots everywhere. The kitchen is lacking. A full set of flatware would be nice, there are no spoons nor is there a biscuit/pizza pan, only the broiler pan. The master bedroom mattress pad is disintegrating. If hosts are going to expect people to pull the sheets, you should have an acceptable mattress pad on the bed. That pad needs to go in the trash. Also, it rained during our stay and the back gutter outside of the patio door was overflowing, creating a flood across the patio so the last day that it was nice enough for us to be out there, the rug was absolutely soaked. The WiFi is constantly in/out so it takes 2 hours to watch a 1 hour show. Blackout curtains would be a plus in bedrooms.
