Also your reservation was made for only 2 people and 7 people was staying in your room. We charged only for 2 additional guest child fee due to those kids was over 16 years. Dear Noman Farooqi,We understand its make you upset when we asked you to verify number of guest staying in your room due to noise complaint came from other guest for your room. Your reservation was made for 2 people and more than 7 people was staying in the room which is way too many unregister guest and more than room maximum occupancy. As we mentioned each hotel each room has maximum occupancy and also it's required by Fire Code and Insurance policy for guest safety concern.
