Amazing property with large rooms, TVs in every room, clean bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs living rooms and a large private backyard patio. Tasha also had several water bottles in fridge available on arrival a couple other nice touches. 10/10 would rent again if I’m in the area

We decided on this property for a weekend in Pearland for a softball tournament. We travel all over Texas and several other states and stay in vacation rentals all over. This place is by far one that we will not be back to. Before I booked I did not go back and look at all the review. I wish I would have now. This review will likely be criticized by the owner of the property because they have gone back and blamed things on the renters in previous reviews. We noticed that on other reviews that were not positive, the renters were called “problems”. We were only there for 2 nights and did everything they asked us to do before departing, so we were not problem guests. They do not seem receptive to the feedback they have been given because many of the things I am about mention date back years in previous reviews.These items should be addressed before it is rented out again: MB King size bed is broke MB Shower head needs replaced MB Mattress is stained and has no mattress cover Guest bathroom up stairs shower doors are broke Towels were dirty (hairs) and are lacking for a house this size Lots of plugs in the house do not work Plugs on back patio do not work Coffee maker is broken Pile of trash laying in the backyard by the fence Unit this size does not have a washer & dryer Needs a thorough cleaning (Whole Place) Outside of property could use some TLC This property is spacious and conveniently located. It could be really nice some attention.

Check in was easy and kitchen had Every dish. Pots and pans that I needed!!!I am the cook in the family and I had a great time in the kitchen!!

The home is large and spacious, perfect for large gatherings! We enjoyed the space, peace and comfort of this home upon returning after long days with family! Beautiful backyard! Extremely clean and well kept.

Awesome stay!! The photos did not do this home justice. It was perfect for our family. The host was very accommodating. Home was furnished well and filled with everything needed and then some for our stay. Would highly recommend.

Large home but needs a lot of updating.

I booked this for our work group of 8 people for 5 days. It was close to NRG stadium where we were working. The furniture could use some updating, none of the dresser drawers would stay shut, and others were so hard to enough get open. Drawers had all kind of stuff in them. Condoms in two rooms. Glad with didn’t have kids with us. Stand up mirror in one bedroom, the leg was broke and fell hitting one of us. The master bedroom had no lamps and was very dark, we had to open blinds to even see. The shower in master bath was AWFUL! Nothing we did made the sprayer work right. It sprayed everywhere, getting floor and rug all wet. If you turn it down it was a fine mist. We travel a lot and it was one of the worst ever used, It should have been replaced a long time ago. Really Bad! I didn’t realize in a house this size that there was No washer and dryer, which they didn’t list one, but it did list towels, and we were staying 5 days. There was very few towels or wash clothes. No hand towel in half bath. We had to go to Walmart and buy towels because there wasn’t enough and no way to wash them. It did list paper towels, there was none or napkins, had to go buy too. There wasn’t any dish towels in kitchen either, so paper towels were needed. The up bath had whole wall with different colors of paint.Weird looking, like someone tried to touch up with wrong color of paint. House stated no smoking, which was fine but back porch had full pack of cigarettes and two lighters sitting on table.

NICE HOME...BUT!

The home is nice and VERY SPACIOUS . All rooms are large, including the bedrooms. Host was easy to communicate with via the app.The "BUT".....The property can use some DEEP CLEANING! Certain areas of the property has thick dust build up, including the filter vents. The dust on the filter vents was extremely thick. The sheets had permanent stains and one bed had loose dirt on the fitted sheet. The bed sheets were extremely thin, you could fill everything on the mattress. Probably need to invest in a new mattress for the king bed as it has an excessive amount of fuzz balls on the mattress, which you can feel thru the sheets. A few of the pillows need to be thrown away due to flat and stained (yellow and red).The showerhead in the master bathroom has a thick build up of hard water calcium. Really needs to be replaced.The towels and wash clothes provided were thin and some had permanent stains on them or holes.Not enough closet space for a four bedroom house. No hangers provided - so bring your own.Need to repair the 2 windows on the property.The kitchen has a nice sub zero refrigerator but needs to be defrosted and minor cleaning.Pots & Silverware are a little dated. The trash can drawer was either broke or off track.The house has potential!! Just need to put a a little TLC into it and a strong effort into cleaning and replacing worn-out items. Added pictures of the issues. The website pictures show the actual house and rooms.

Jr. Cattlemen’s Texas Road Trip

We had a wonderful time at this rental house. It was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The property manager was fantastic, and we felt like we got excellent value for our money. We would highly recommend this house to families or anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We would absolutely stay here again! "

House is overall nice

Home was overall nice. However communication with the host was lacking. I messaged a couple of times and was ignored. Had an issue with fridge and lost groceries and food and was told it wasn’t the hostess problem. Then hostess lied to VRBO about our conversation and requests that were made.

I stayed 2 years ago the refrigerator on one side wasn’t working and it was a bad smell and it’s still not working in the house I guess from the refrigerator. The tv upstairs one room didn’t work had to look for batteries for remote
