The apartment is very nice and communication with Lilly was great! Enjoyed having Herrmann Park right there.

great space for a visit that includes a lot of adventuring .. while the on-site amenities are great and the space clean and efficient, your real adventure is out in Houston! perfect for team-ups, getting refreshed, hitting the laundry, and prepping your next sojourn into town.and if you want to "stay in", the gym and pool are plenty of respite from your hikes and adventures. door dashing and lyfting were very accessible.enjoy!

Highly recommend. The only small issue was finding the building at night from the parking deck.

Host was very communicative. Only downfall was the balcony door had a small space between the door and the frame which made it very loud at times since the apartment faces the road.

Quiet and Comfy!

Great unit in a safe and friendly complex! A quick Lyft ride to the Medical Center or Rice Village. (I opted not to use the bus service). Cozy and well appointed. Traveling alone, it was important that I felt safe. This unit checked every box!

Our Daughter had surgery at a nearby hospital. Great location. Amenities were nice. Communication was great.

Perfect Location

This apartment is lovely and perfectly located on Hermann Park with amazing wildlife, world class museums, special gardens, and walking and biking trails.

Lovely property, great neighborhood

We enjoyed the property and the proximity to the park. We were disappointed in the lack of restaurants within walking distance but had good luck having food delivered.

Weekend Fun

My husband and I stayed here for a fun weekend out of town and it was perfect. The pool was awesome. The location was great! I will be looking into this place again on my next trip to Houston!

Excellent apartment convenient to medical city and downtown at a good value

This apartment is designed like a 1 BR hotel suite--a side-by-side living area and BR w en-suite bath -- but with the helpful addition of a functional galley kitchen and a full-sized washer and dryer. Everything worked, and the apartment had been professionally cleaned. There were a few minor issues about which I contacted the owner; he was always available and quickly addressed the issues. My only comment for future guests -- and this is not a problem with the apartment per se but with the development in which it is located -- is that there are a labyrinth of buildings that are served by two parking garages. These are all poorly labeled or not labeled, so it can be very confusing to find this apartment on the "first try." Once I figured out how to get to the apartment (with the owner's help, who was very patient in navigating me by phone), it was straightforward. So make sure you get very specific directions before you arrive.

Great Bang for your Buck

I had surgery at MDA and rented the unit for 12 nights. I stayed pre-surgery, my son and daughter, alternately, and then my daughter and me for post-op. The unit is very clean well-appointed and exceeded our every need. I highly recommend! Lilly was most gracious!!!

Great!

I was in Houston for treatment at MD Anderson. The apartment was great. I enjoyed the complex pool and gym. Nice area for walks across the street. Would definitely stay again.
