"Host tried to charge additional cleaning fee after booking was completed and confirmed through VRBO. Accommodations were dated and not as clean as compared to other VRBO accommodations we have rented. Mind you, it wasn’t full on dirty, it just was a bit dingy, and a cup with a partially consumed beverage was left on an end table. If something as obvious as that was not cleaned up, it leads me to wonder how often they are mopping floors, etc. "

"The property is as described. Location is away from town a bit. Checkout instructions are a lot for the amount of the cleaning service fee. When mentioned to the host is the time communication stopped. Up to that point communication was great"

"This spot easily ranks as one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. The room was spotless and featured clever, creative touches like mason jar light fixtures. There were plates, bowls & silverware in the room. It was peaceful both inside and out, offering total silence from neighboring rooms. The property featured multiple well-equipped campfire and outdoor cooking areas complete with seating, firewood & grilling tools, plus lawn games like cornhole and ladder ball. Nestled in a quiet area...
