Snow chaos bad management
"From the beginning only problems,Bad and late snow cleaning, ok there was some big snow, but the managmet from the hotel and also the town was a disaster. No info, no help, no cleaning even in the entrance of the room, going so far that on our leaving day we did not get out of the garage until 12 ..."
