A Perfect Get-a-Way

Spotlessly clean and exceptionally comfortable, this property checked all the boxes! Wonderful bed, two TVs and the best outfitted kitchen we have ever seen in the numerous VRBO properties we have rented over the years. No shortage of linens, utensils, small appliances, paper goods, condiments, and the like! These owners have thought of everything to ensure that their guests lack nothing—even down to a basket of snacks & a supply of ice in the freezer! Some might “miss” a full-sized range, but the double burners, microwave, and counter oven more than met our needs—we didn’t come to Hot Springs to cook! We highly recommend this property to anyone coming to this area.

Exceeded Our Expectations

We loved the Casita, and it was clean, modern, and offered a lot more than we expected. Beautiful view, the kitchen was well stocked, including spices, tin foil, snacks and flavored creamer. What VRBO offers that, this was our first out of maybe 10 bookings at other locations. We will be back.

Get to know Hot Spring Village!

We came to check out HSV, the area, people, homes and amenities. What a lovely surprise! It’s gorgeous and the people are amazing. Our hosts were delightful. They had a tremendous of information on the Village which was very helpful. We will back!!

Great property and host

The unit was perfect with a wonderful view of the golf course. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. They provided everything all we had to bring was our food and personal items! We bought our dogs and the host were very welcoming of them also. Definitely recommend this property!

Lovely getaway

The property was in excellent condition, even better than pictures made it out to be. Despite being on the Cortez course and having neighbors nearby, you were still quite secluded, and surrounded by a perimeter of lovely trees. The patio and fire pit are lovely and would have gotten so much more use if it wasn’t freezing when we visited. Gary and Linda were excellent hosts! Very open for communication if we needed it and knowledgeable of trails and restaurants within the village. Would love to come here again if we’re ever in the area!

After Christmas Getaway

Nice secluded place!

We stayed 3 days, the very nice “apartment” was just as described, beautifully decorated, makes you feel like you are close to the beach. The bed was excellent for a good night’s sleep. Gary & Linda are great hosts!

Perfect for staying and playing

As a golfer it's a perfect stay. Beautiful par three is your backyard so it's fun watching the golfers. Location close to most of golf courses. Gary and Linda had built a fire at the fire pit Saturday night and supplied s'mores to cap off the day. I'm already making plans to stay again! Can't wait!

Casa Cortez was great

Everything about our stay was great. Our hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with. The view of the sixth green at the Cortez course was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the golfers. The accommodations were just perfect for us. Everything was clean and we could not have asked for any more.

Great 30 day rental on the golf course

The unit was nicer than the photos portrayed. Large kitchen, living room and bedroom, nicepy finished in beach motif. On the sith whole of a golf course. The only drawback was the noise of the aerator fan on the green in the mornings, and prettyuch all day.

Exceptional hospitality

Beautiful casa! Decor and porch view was wonderful. They have everything you could need. These are gracious & very kind hosts. I enjoyed myself so much. Sitting on the porch in the evenings was so relaxing. No far from the lakes for my blue heeler to enjoy. I'm moving there this week & look forward to getting to know them better. You will not be disappointed in this 5 star stay.
