**No smoking allowed in the house. If you do smoke, please do so outside and make sure it’s away from the door**

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

As you might imagine the more people means more upkeep and expense for us. We are charging a nominal fee of 20 dollars per person per night over 10 people. We think this is reasonable to help us keep up with the added expense of more guests!

*** NO FIRES of any kind are allowed outside except for when using the grill. There are fines issued by the POA Fire Department.

***As far as pets we do allow dogs! Message us with details about your dog and we can discuss further. We have 2 dogs so we get how hard it is to leave our fur-babies! Our pet fee is $99 per pet for the length of your reservation, with a max of 2 pets. If bringing 2 pets, you will receive a request for the second pet.

***Our home is professionally treated for pests on a quarterly basis, and we regularly monitor the property with preventative measures such as sticky traps and home defense. However, this is Arkansas, and like any home in a natural setting, you may occasionally see insects, spiders, or other small critters-especially during warmer months or after periods of rain.

While we do everything we reasonably can to minimize their presence, it's not possible to guarantee a completely bug-free environment. Thank you for understanding and embracing the realities of staying in a home surrounded by nature.

***We offer a 10 percent discount for military service and our repeat customers. Please reach out to us before booking, it cannot be added after you have booked.

Due to the health and safety of our daughter and others with medical conditions, please no smoking. We do accept approved dogs but not cats due to allergies. Our home is in a retirement community, and we love our neighbors so please be respectful of the noise level and park in the garage or in the driveway. Thank you for your understanding.

***We have two security cameras for safety reasons on the outside of the property. One is on the garage and faces the driveway, the other one is on the deck. We also have a ring doorbell.
