Great golf trip...

The property has plenty of space for multiple guests even sleeping single. Great location for friends for golf trip. Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend for others and will be using them again in future trips. Only negative is curb appeal doesn't match interior of house. Water pressure in showers was fantastic everybody agreed.

Best VRBO rental for large group

One of the best vrbo houses we have stayed in. Very spacious for a large group. Well stocked, all the beds were comfy. They had really nice sheets, better than most. The bathrooms were well stocked. There were extra paper towels and trash bags. We really enjoyed the game room. The decks were all amazing. It was just so comfy and nice. We had 4 adults, 4 teens and a baby. Everyone kept saying how fun and nice the place is.

Hot Springs Village

Beautiful views. Plenty of room for our group of 11. Everyone loved the house. Great communication with the host and checkin process was simple. We were just there 1 night. Water temperature and water pressure presented some challenges. Water temp in lower levels was okay but master bath water never was really warm enough. Hardly any water pressure on top floor, especially when shower on lower floor was in use. Everyone wished they could spend more time there

Wonderful vacation home for large families!

Beautiful, spacious home with plenty of room for a large family (8 adults/2 children) Gorgeous view from any of the 3 balconies. We had a rainy weekend so the game room was perfect for the little boys to play. The 2nd floor has a huge couch for everyone to watch tv. Important note: my family is loud, not once could I hear their shenanigans from my room on the top floor. One of my top favorite home away from homes, by far.

gorgeous view

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The highlight of the property is the view, but the poor condition of the exterior detracted from our enjoyment of it. I think the way the 4 twin beds are listed is a little misleading, but they are there and the people who slept on them said they were comfortable (2 day beds with trundles underneath) there are a few odd privacy issues: one bedroom has a glass french door with no window covering, the master shower has a clear window in it looking out on the deck(what a view) - again no window covering, and the lower level bath has no door between it and the attached bedroom, so you could walk in on someone who entered the bathroom from the living area (suprise!) We had a couple of issues that needed attention and the host responded quickly to fix them. There is a lot of room to roam in this house and it was very condusive to enjoying our large family gathering.

Amazing Stay!

We loved staying here! It was very roomy for the 15 people we had and so appreciated we were able to bring our dog with us. There are 3 levels, so each family was able to have their own space. The back deck view is AMAZING and the location is great - right by golf courses, 10 minutes from Ron Coleman mine and 30 minutes from Hot Springs shopping. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

Family for Thanksgiving. The house has more than enough space. Exceeded our expectations as far as view, cleanliness, beautiful decor, etc. owner is very quick to respond to any needs - nothing was needed other than how to get live TV though. It’s a beautiful area with plenty to do. Highly recommend!!!

Even Better Than Pictures!

This house was everything we could have asked for. Pictures really don’t do it justice! My group kept saying how perfect it was. The host was so helpful and accommodating, and every room was very thoughtfully furnished. It can be hard to find a place that is both beautiful and comfortable, but this space had tons of space to relax and hangout and the most incredible views. We’d definitely come back again!

Best views in HSV and great host

We chose this property for the views in the online pics and wow! Sunrise, sunset, daytime… the views of the hills were stunning. Quiet and easy to find location, close to the Coronado fitness center and main gate. New furnishings and every amenity we needed. Host was prompt to reply anytime we had a question. We will stay here again!
