Arkansas family reunion

We loved our week at Bob's large home. Being at the end of the cove was great as it was calm for us all to play in the lake and use kayaks. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy. Loved the ping pong table. Large kitchen helped to prepare meals for our big family. Having 3 refrigerators gave us ease to keep beverages and food cold. It was great having our own dock to play and fish off of. Master suite was roomy and luxurious and all other bedrooms made for enough beds for 12 people. Living room was large enough for all of us to watch the Olympics together

Perfect lake front house

We enjoyed the lake house very much! It accommodated our family of 17 very comfortably. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for our big family. The owner was very easy to work with and responded quickly to meet our needs. I would definitely consider staying here again if we vacation in the area.

Awesome Stay

We had a wonderful time from the beginning to end of our stay! The house was spacious, immaculate, and very comfortable. The large kitchen had the drawers clearly labeled so we found what we needed. The host left great, clear and helpful directions and information for us. He also was available to contact. The house backs up to a lake where there is a dock and kayaks available. It was an awesome place to stay!

Great place for our bridal party to stay!

Bob was the best host, and the property was exactly as described. Plenty of toom for my parents, my daughter...the bride...and all 4 of her hridesmaids and their spouses to stay. It was a perfect place for yhem all yo get ready for the big day.

June Reunion

Overall the house was great, nice range of dishes, pots and utensils in the kitchen; loads of refrigerator space, space at the table for all of us. Beautiful and quiet cove on the lake, where we spent lots of time on the back porch; even in the heat the breeze kept us comfortable outside there. But I most appreciated the little things: plenty of lighting to read by, nightlights strategically placed, more parking area than expected. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

The house was immaculate and very well appointed with things to make a gathering enjoyable.

It was lovely. Games, puzzles and a ping pong table for indoor activities. Lots of areas to socialize inside and out. Access To the lake and a covered deck area if it rains HSV is also beautiful, making it an excellent location.

Fabulous place for family vacation

Our extended family had a wonderful time in Hot Springs Village in this beautiful home. The layout of the house provides lovely views of the lake and places to gather on both stories. The master suite is huge and luxurious. The extra large, well-stocked kitchen was perfect for preparing meals for the whole family, with extra fridge/freezer space downstairs and in the garage. Bob was a wonderful host - he responded immediately to all our communication and took care of everything we needed. We rented Bob's kayaks & SUPs, which provided lots of fun on the lake. We were fortunate to have excellent late-May weather so we were able to enjoy the Hot Springs Village amenities, including nature trails and the outdoor pool. One of our rockhound family members even found an arrowhead on the Magellan Trail!

Eclipse and 50th Anniversary

Beautiful 6 Bedroom Home

Couldn't of been more satisfy with the home; its location on lake and the superb host (Bob). There is plenty of parking with triple car garage upon arrival. Huge living space (living room; den; dining room; card game room with a large equipped kitchen; 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) on the first floor. Which also has a huge patio/deck and laundry room. All are fully furnished. Bottom floor has 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms; den area; bar area with a refrigerator; huge ping pong/table area; golf room and also a large patio fully furnish. As stated before, this is a huge beautiful home... to include a great host. I was happy and thrilled with my whole stay there.

Father’s Memorial Service

Eleven family members travelled from Wisconsin and Texas for a Memorial Service for our father, grandfather and great grandfather. We sought out a property that would accommodate all of us. Bob’s property on Pantilla Way more than met our wishes. It was clean and well maintained.There were bedrooms and bathrooms that allowed us to have our own space. The kitchen was huge and incredibly well supplied. The views of the lake were terrific. The activity rooms on the lower level got lots of use. We were all very comfortable in this spacious home. Its location turned out to be very convenient fo us. The owner, Bob, was always available and responsive. We loved our stay there and would recommend it highly.

Great family getaway!

The lake house was the perfect fit for our large extended family to all be in one house but have room to spread out. We were grateful we could bring our pups with us, and the tweens and teens loved having a separate hang out space downstairs. Everyone loved the ping pong table and golf room, and the kitchen was very well stocked with every piece of equipment we could need. We spent a lovely Christmas week at the house. My favorite part was enjoying coffee on the porch while watching the sun rise over the lake.

Guys Golf Trip

This was the 25th year that a group of lifelong friends and high school buddies have gotten together to play golf. This house was perfect for the 12 of us guys looking to get away and enjoy some golf. The house is spacious and extremely beautiful. It has everything that you would need for a large or small group. The property owner Rob was awesome to work with. The house was located perfectly in the village and close to all four golf courses that we played. I cannot wait to go back next fall and hopefully utilize this property again.
