great area - once you get past the front gate

We loved the house - the kitchen had all you could possibly need to cook or need. House was great with the pool table and beautiful wooded neighborhood. Only snag was the rental managing agency told us 3 times "the gate has the names of all 3 of your group" and each of us were snarled at by the gate keeper and told they didn't have any names.. A little frustrating - but they did finally let us pass through their PORTAL !

Really enjoyed our stay!

We loved this house. It can easily sleep a large family and friends! Layout is great. It’s also in a good location. Although there are houses close by we still felt tucked away and secluded. It’s only a few miles from Ron Coleman mining as well, and we really enjoyed going to both mines to find crystals! Great little spot for our solo getaway, and also great for a family trip! Highly recommend :)

Perfect for a family gathering

My husband, adult child and their friends, and I stayed over Thanksgiving. The layout was perfect for our needs, with my husband I able to take the main level master bedroom and the "kids" in the finished downstairs. The kitchen was perfect for preparing Thanksgiving dinner and was stocked with almost every utensil we needed (the only thing we couldn't find was a rolling pin). The Brookshires grocery store right outside the entrance to the community had everything we needed (except that darn rolling pin!) and was very convenient. We highly recommend this property.

Served our purposes well; easy access location near West Gate, but still a quiet spot; clean; not unreasonably priced for the size Positives: spacious rooms, 3 king beds & 3 legit bathrooms, big kitchen and well equipped, plenty of seating Negatives: despite an inordinate amount of overhead lighting, there are zero table lamps; there is no decor, making the interior bland; the house exterior and grounds are in serious need of attention and upkeep

Hot Springs Village getaway

Wonderful!

We arrived on Friday with easy check in process. The house was amazing, clean and plenty of room for us all. We enjoyed our visit immensely and cannot complain at all with this property. Thank you all so much for a great weekend and we will be booking again!
