The house was in a great location, easy to get to everything we needed, pictures were exactly like the real thing. Beds were not to hard like a hotel. We didn’t use the back patio but it was cute to see it at night through the kitchen window. House looked and smelled clean.

It’sa very well kept home. Could tell the host cared about the guests. Everything was well organized. We loved the thanks giving theme. I personally loved the double showers in one of the bathrooms. Will definitely recommend stay here

We were in town for a softball tournament. There was four different parks we had to travel to and this property was right in the middle only about 10 minutes from each park. The house looks just like the photos it’s clean and bright!! Everything we needed was there. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and even let us check in early. We thoroughly enjoyed the creek in the back. I definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in hot springs. It’s a cozy wonderful place to stay for the weekend & we will definitely be back! Also, don’t forget to check out the best café downtown. It has the best homestyle breakfast! Also scoops is a little ice cream shop not far from the house. My kids absolutely loved it and I did too.

Clean, well decorated, comfortable 3 bedroom home. Easy to get to downtown, casino and all Hot Springs activities. Driveway holds 3 cars. Friendly neighbors! Owner is responsive and easy to work with. Will be back.

BEST STAY

I’ve used vrbo and similar multiple times and this place was by far my favorite. It was beautiful and very well decorated. The couch is the comfiest thing ever!! Beds were super comfortable as well. Everything was just perfect. The host answered any questions I had and was very informative! If you’re wanting to stay somewhere near Hot Springs, I highly recommend this one!

So good, we’ll be back!

We loved it! Property was perfection! So welcoming and comfortable. Checking in and out was a breeze. First night there AC went out and the host got someone there to fix it at 9:30pm! So great! However, it went out again overnight. Communication with the host was delayed a while the next day but she ended up saving the day!!!

Cozy and comfy

This is my second time stating in this home and again, it didn’t disappoint. The home was clean and pristine. The master bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. In the evenings after work we would work at the kitchen table while we cooked dinners. The back porch is a peaceful area where you see deer from time to time. We had zero issues during our stay and will book again for our next work trip.

Softball Invitational Weekend

We booked the house for the weekend for a softball invitational and it was perfect! We had tons of space, it was clean, and had everything we needed!! The house was in a great location, close to the fields and food, and the neighbors were friendly. Would def stay again!

Beautiful house

The house was clean and roomy with a beautiful outdoor back porch and a resident deer wandering through daily. Perfect quiet neighborhood close to every where we visited. Would definately recommend for families, couples or single friends get away.

Great stay

Cute place and great location as far as everything downtown hot springs goes (restaurants, activities, lake, casino, etc.) I have no complaints about our stay. There was a temporary issue that we had to fight through with the AC being broken. Granted, we couldn’t complain too much because the host kept very good communication throughout the process and gave us the heads up. Also, the host was good about accommodating us because of the temporary issues. Other that a simple problem with the AC, I would 10/10 recommend staying here. Very quiet and peaceful and good for a weekend getaway and/or vacation
