Communication before, during and after was excellent! Instructions were clear and concise, yet thorough. The house was very well appointed, welcoming, clean and had thoughtful touches. Location is in walking distance of downtown. I would absolutely stay here again.

I would highly recommend this house. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Great indoor space and beautiful outdoor space. Sara was very nice and made check in super easy! Also it was a great location!!!

Great Garden House

The house was very nice and Sara was always a text away if needed. The house had anything we needed , and we appreciated the coffee and wine that was there for us. A nice place and I would come back with a larger group and try and rent both the Garden house and the Magnolia House behind it.

We chose this house because we needed a one level home. We were in Weaverville, NC for a wedding and wanted to stay in the area afterward. This house was as described, the management was communicative, and we were accommodated very well. Beautiful gardens with produce and flowers, a complimentary bottle of wine, and excellent response time for any question that we had. BRAVO!

Wonderful!

My friend and I visited Hot Springs for our birthdays. Our stay was wonderful. Some of the highlights were the space, location, and hot tub. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We also loved having the neighbors kitties hangout on the patio with us. We will definitely be booking again!

Great Stay

The house was great. Plenty of space and very clean. Unlike most VRBO's I've stayed at this house had a great kitchen and was stocked well with what we needed to cook and eat. They also made it super easy to check in earlier than listed.

Excellent getaway!

Best Vacation Rental Ever!

We travel frequently and have stayed in numerous vacation rentals from small apartments, to large expansive homes. This rental was by far the best we have experienced. The home was lovely and immaculately clean, and the hosts provided the perfect necessities for a convenient and welcoming stay (bathrobes, wine, coffee, toiletries, hot tub towels, etc.). I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Hot Springs!

Lovely home!

Labor Day Weekend

Great Experience, beautiful property

The grounds feel resort like, the house is very clean and well kept. Little welcome gifts were a nice touch, cut flowers everywhere, super relaxing and enjoyable. Close to ashville and gatlinsburg, enjoyable restaurants down town, we would return.

Beautiful property in a great mountain town

We stayed at the Garden House in spring of 2022 as a jumping off point for a father/son backbacking section hike of the AT. My wife stayed at the house through the week while we were off in the woods. The cottage is part of a larger property containing gardens and a mansion. The house has been renovated and is clean and modern, while keeping a historical feel. My wife is self-declared clean freak, and she was VERY impressed with the cleanliness. The house was sparkly white just like the photos in the profile. There were fresh flowers throughout the house from the property gardens, and numerous complimentary goodies. Shops, restaurants, and breweries are a short walk either out the front door, or nice walking path off the back of the property over a pedestrian bridge. This is not a big town, but has alot of character and friendly people. Sara the owner was extremely available and friendly!

Birthday Weekend

We had an amazing stay for my husbands birthday! The house was just as it was listed on VRBO. We had such easy access to the Main Street in Hot Springs. Great beers and food at Pillow Top. We loved the Smokey Mountain Diner as well. We will be going back to stay again.
