The RV and all amenities were outstanding. Loved the hot tub and the fenced in yard was awesome for our dog. We were lucky to get some beautiful sunsets the 3nights we stayed.

If you want a place to stay with your family, this is the place. The property is kept clean and it is tranquil and relaxing. My kids had a blast jumping off the dock and playing on the paddle boards. We will be back.

If only i could give more than 5 stars. What a fabulous place Signe has on the literal end of the peninsula overlooking the lake. The RV is so well appointed we didn't need anything and slept great. My pup appreciated the fenced in area to roam free in and explore. It is convenient to Bathhouse row and all things Hot Springs. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Absolutely perfect cottage

My husband, I and our two dogs have stayed in several VRBO and air b&b all over the US and this was by far our favorite . We will be back for sure . We stayed for a full week , we didn’t even want to leave the property we loved it so much . The cottage is very well maintained , very clean , has everything you could possibly need . Beds were very comfy , loved the huge bathroom . The property is amazing , our dogs loved swimming in the lake and running around on the fenced in acreage . Highly recommend . Great location , within minutes or everything in hot springs . The neighborhood is very quite , we brought our running shoes and went for a run every morning . Loved it .

Great place to unwind

We were looking for quiet and seclusion with a nice view for a very short stay... and we found it! This property fit our needs perfectly. It truly had everything we needed. We had one glitch but the owner, Signe, was very gracious... she addressed the situation and did her best to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you Signe for a very pleasant experience.

Great weekend getaway!

We loved our time with such great access to the outdoors. Perfect for our 6 year old and our 2 labs to run off lots of energy, with lots of accessible hikes nearby as well!

Lake Point

It was great! House was very clean and decorated very cute. The area is very secluded and peaceful. We swam off of dock and floated down cove, which was great. Fishing off of point was great, didn’t catch anything but had a few bites. Bug spray is for sure a must while waking down to dock and point. Everything needed was supplied in kitchen, except can opener didn’t work to well. Very comfortable and peaceful week.

We really enjoyed staying here. The cottage was very clean and very nice. Everything you could possibly need is available there. The boat dock and boat ramp are nice and makes it very easy if you’re a fisherman or boater. Thanks for opening up your home to us!! We can’t wait to come back!!

Excellent Getaway-feels like home.

Super easy to book; great directions for check in; and fantastic communication with owner. When there were weather concerns over hurricane Laura possibly ruining our trip, Signe was great about letting us know there was no damage, flooding or power outages, and we were good to come the following day! ZERO complaints!! Every detail is thought of: every cabinet labeled, bug spray if you forgot yours (like we did), hummingbird food, sunscreen, toothbrushes, razors...literally anything you might need. Couch was comfy, ottomans for your feet, lots of throws if you get chilly. Bed was comfortable, better than any other VRBO rental we’ve ever been to. Location was great, easy to get to the highway and go 2 miles to be in the middle of everything, or go nowhere and enjoy the peace. The private dock is perfect to fish from or take a chair and fish from the point; both were great. Despite rain nearly every day, it was still a wonderful get away and we love that pets are allowed as part of the family. Thank you so much for sharing your family’s cottage with us, we will definitely come back! Nathan & Amanda Crump *IF I had to make any possible suggestions (because it really is fantastic), they would be: -have a broom and dustpan available for the OCD that want to clean before they leave (at least the leaves and pet hair). -a lamp for the other side of the couch for reading, drawing, etc... -a curved shower rod to give a little extra elbow room in the shower. ~curtain liner with suction cups to stick to the side of the tub so water doesn’t escape so easily. Again, just some thoughts I had throughout the stay but nothing that would prevent me from returning or anything that dampened our stay.

Getaway

This was our first time visiting Lake Hamilton and I can say it wont be the last! We absolutely loved our cabin! It was all modern and up to date on everything! We loved our location! It was snuggled into a little cove where we were able to launch and dock our party barge. The only suggestion i could make is an outdoor sitting area. The porch was in the sun during the evening and we couldnt enjoy the view but other than that it was PERFECT!!!!!

Perfect Lake House!

We stayed for several days and the property and location couldn't have been better! We have stayed at several lake houses in the Arkansas/Missouri area and this was by far our favorite. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated and very well stocked (plenty of dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, tinfoil, bug spray and lots of other daily kitchen and cleaning items). The swimming off the dock was great and there were plenty of chairs and floaties there to use - the dock is at the perfect location just inside the cove where the water is deep and clean but with minimal boat traffic. Signe responded back very quickly anytime we had a question and was very accommodating. We hope to return again soon!

Awesome lake house.

Amazing, love lake Hamilton. It was super easy to put the boat in the water. The only problem was there were no lights on the dock. Great views and everything you need is there from the kitchen to the bug spray and super fast internet. Thanks for sharing this awesome home.

Perfect get-away!

My partner and I stayed a week with our dog. It was a wonderful and relaxing time. The owners have thought of everything we might need or want. The kitchen had beautiful granite counters and new appliances, creating a luxurious feel. We stocked the fridge while we were there and cooked nearly all of our meals at the house. There were all the kitchen essentials including spices. The gas grill had propane ready to go. There were paper towels, ziplocks, and everything we needed to clean up a bit during the week. The bed was as comfortable as our home. The decor is just perfect. I really can't say enough positive things about our stay. The owner even installed a long ladder for the dock while we were there to make getting in/out of the lake easier. We will definitely return!
