Absolutely loved this property! Our family enjoyed all the deer hanging out around the home. Really quiet and peaceful! Beautiful lake nearby that we all got to swim in and rope swing from over hanging tree. Lightning bugs everywhere!! Plenty of parking for your toys! We rode our ebikes everywhere! Such a great place to stay. We'll be back!

Beautiful home

It was just like the pictures but the bedrooms were smaller than I anticipated, except the master bedroom. It was a great size. Beautiful tub in the master bath but we never could get the drain to stop up so didn’t get to use it. Also no laundry detergent to wash the towels and couldn’t get the dishwasher to start. We did see some deer in the backyard, which was surprising because this house is NOT without neighbors. It was definitely in a residential neighborhood, which was a little Deceiving According to the posting. It was located close to town so not a lot of driving time. That was good!!

Great getaway

We had a great time staying here on our getaway to Hot Springs. The house was exactly as listed; there was plenty of room for our family of five, and we could have housed more guests if needed. The property was clean and well-maintained. We cooked each evening and found the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. The kids enjoyed climbing the back hill outside, and the feeling of solitude was nice. The neighborhood was hilly and beautiful. I agree with past reviewers that the dryer is hard to work. It seems maybe there is a malfunction with the "check lint trap" light. We had to open and close the dryer door several times to get the warning light to turn off; after that, we were able to start the dryer. But we encountered this same problem each time we used the machine. Note to master bathroom users- there is no outlet near the bathroom counter to plug in hair dryers, electric shavers, or other devices. We used the vanity in the hall instead. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would rent this property again.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful, very spacious, very clean, the host was very responsive. This might not matter to some but the kitchen wasn’t very equipped for those who like to cook on vacation. I did speak to the host and she assured me she would take care of it for the next guest (needed pots, skillets, basic utensils were missing) Gave it 4 stars for that reason and the washer and dryer on buttons didn’t work well, you had to “work” with them to turn them on, that was noted on the machines BUT it was very annoying Ps you have to go to the gangster museum!!!

Hot Springs Lake Hamilton home

My family of 6 adults and 2 dogs really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home looking over Lake Hamilton. The house was clean, comfortablle, well-equipped and exceptionally well managed.

AMAZING

This house is very amazing😍. It's very clean the neighborhood was quiet and very pretty. It has everthing you would need to cook as if you were at home. The scenery was MARVELOUS. My family and I really enjoyed this cabin, we weren't ready to leave. We will be booking again and soon. Thanks for everything I will highly recommend.

Great Place

The house was perfect for our family getaway. We had a great time and the house was in great shape. The location was great for us because it was about 15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood is very quite and the neighbors are nice. We would recommend this house to friends and family wanting to stay in Hot Springs.

Deer and a stream of water on a hill...

My husband and I were looking for a place to decompress to end one year and start another. This house was perfect. The kitchen was the huge and had everything we needed to cook all our meals at home. The master bedroom is a home in itself... massive. I put together puzzles all week while he slept through movies and read all about the city of Hot Springs. Although it rained while we were there, it was so beautiful to watch the water run down the stream on the hill through the HUGE windows on the back of the house. We had a dozen deer that visited daily. They even bedded down on the hill behind the house during the day and would head back up the hill in the evenings. Loading and unloading from the house was easy with the handicap parking up at the top near the backdoor. It kept us old folks from having to walk up the stairs to the front door. There was an electric leaf blower that my husband used to clean off the porches a couple of times. He likes to piddle. We also bought charcoal and cooked on the grill one night. There aren't any deep bowls for soup, so you might want to bring those. There are shallow salad bowls though. The steak knifes are not too sharp, so think about bringing your own. Most the knifes were dull. Bring a potato peeler or a pairing knife if you need them. For some reason our heads felt like they layed lower in the master bedroom bed... not much, but we used 2 pillows to combat that issue. The hot water takes some time to heat up, but once it does, it's nice and hot. This house says it sleeps 10, but there would be plenty of room for more if the owners approved blow up mattresses for a slightly larger family. All in all it was so good and we will most likely return. We're known for revisting areas of the country and VRBOs too. Maybe we'll try summertime next year and check out all the lakes in this area. Beautiful home

This property had everything we needed. Its such a beautiful home and the view is amazing..we watch deers play in the back yard From the huge windows in the living room..my family and I went to see the lights at the garden center which was amazing as well. There was more than enough space for everyone..the manager was awesome👌..if we needed to ask a question about something she was quick to reply back to us..she's AMAZING...my family and i will definitely rent this home again...

Amazing property

Love my short stay here. Accommodations are generous and the property is beautiful. Watching a creek flow under the house next to a fireplace with large picturesque windows was wonderful.
