Perfection!

The property was just as pictured! It was absolutely beautiful with a beautiful view of the lake! The location was great and Frank was wonderful to communicate with. Beds were very comfortable, although there was only 1 pillow per person so if you like extra pillows, I suggest bringing extra. But overall our stay couldn’t have been any better!

PERFECT CONDO AND VIEW

Big thanks to Frank!! He was Great to work with and we knew He was a text away. But we didn’t need anything!! Everything was perfect. Excellent time at excellent property!

My wife and I totally enjoyed our week-long stay at the condo! Frank, the property manager, was friendly, communicative and helpful while, at the same time, not intrusive in any way. The condo was exactly as it was represented and met or exceeded our needs and expectations in all respects. The property was well-appointed and the generously-sized deck was excellent and a high point for us as we enjoyed the great lake view every evening. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful Property

This is our 3rd time saying at the property! It is very beautiful. What you see on the pictures is exactly how the condo looks. The moment you walk through the front door, there is an awesome view of the lake. The master bedroom has the same view! When I viewed all the condos on the lake, this was the best. Has an elegant feel to it. Well stocked with towels and plenty items to use for preparing meals. Also has items to wash your clothing. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED if you select this property. Forgot to mention the large deck. You will definitely love sitting out there during the day and or night!

Very large and clean - nice place to stay. We had a great view of the fireworks for the 4th of July. The bed was on the soft side and only 2 pillows per room so I would bring extra.

This place was so beautiful inside and out! Whether you’re going for a weekend or a vacation this place is the place to stay. Gorgeous views from a huge balcony and just a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Hot Springs. Will definitely go back!! Host was a super great one also!

Hot Springs trip

Absolutely the best place to stay. Condo was in a beautiful location and so well appointed loved having all the extras ie…laundry detergent coffee and all the spices full size shampoos/conditioner/body wash Comfortable bedding and furniture. Frank is really great to work with quick to respond to us if needed. Only recommendations I can think of is new bed pillows and maybe an xtra blank or two. This is my third time staying here and will be going back

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo with beautiful views! Condo was beautiful, tastefully decorated and very clean. Exactly as pictured. Frank, the owner, is very responsive & very nice. Location is right in Lake Hamilton and in a quiet neighborhood. Very handy to everything in Hot Springs. I would suggest a new mattress for the master suite as it had very little support, probably just from all the use & a more comfortable sofa.

Truly luxurious condo with lake views

This condo is absolutely stunning!! You walk in and are immediately drawn to the gorgeous lake views right off your spacious back patio. Everything at the condo was in immaculate condition. The beds/bedding, sofa, patio furniture were all clean and comfortable. The kitchen and wet bar were fully stocked. The bathrooms were supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Large TVs in every room in every room and included streaming to Netflix and other services. There were full sized appliances (washer dryer, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave) that would make this a comfortable short or long term stay. The master steam shower was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced (a true LUXURY!). This condo is located in a safe and secure area and is seconds off the main road to get to restaurants, stores, hiking trails, and downtown. It is on the third floor, penthouse and corner location, so no noise above or beside the bedrooms. Check in/out and communication was easy. I never left other than to get food. I loved resting and relaxing on the patio and in the bed overlooking the lake. Such gorgeous sunsets to watch in the evenings. I was afraid the main road would get in the way of the sunsets but it didn’t. If I had to complain about anything, it was the noise from the neighbors who were on their patio with loud music and the neighbors below were grilling so the smoke was wafting up. But thats to be expected and didn’t alter my stay at all. I will 100 certainly back to my happy place

Beautiful Condo

Let me just say this condo is perfect! The condo was beautiful and spotless clean. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the lake view. The complex was so peaceful and quite we fell asleep on the balcony. 🙂 We will be back.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was perfect for our family of four. The host, Frank, is fantastic and was always very quick to respond to our questions. The condo looks exactly as shown in the photos, and is perfectly clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we made several meals there. The balcony is huge and offers an incredible view. The location was ideal for us and close to everything. This was our first trip to Hot Springs and we would like to go back and will not hesitate to stay here again.
