The outside of the property is older. But, the inside of the condo is beautiful and very modern. Everything was very clean and well put together. So big and spacious, we really enjoyed staying there. Frank, the owner was very easy to work with. We will return in the future!!!

Super Clean Condo! This condo was the cleanest condo I’ve stayed in thus far. The patio area is huge, beautiful, and even spider free in the middle of the summer! Usually when I stay by the lake naturally the patio area have some spider webs but this one did not. I loved it so much. The master bed room is massive and the jetted tub was clean. Not a spot on it. Location was great. Seeing the water sports action on the lake was also a huge plus. Would stay here again!

Perfect place!

This was the perfect place to stay with a toddler! I didn’t have to stress over anything being breakable, which is a major bonus. The place was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for our family of 3. It’s located about 15-20 minutes from downtown depending on the time of the day. Lots of food options and the Kroger nearby is very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Lake Getaway

Our Condo has the perfect decor and view for lakeside living. Just the perfect size for the two of us, however it certainly would accommodate more. We found everything we needed, very well Stocked with Kitchen & Bath supplies. The Elevator was a must for us celebrating 75 year olds and 45 years as best friends. Quiet! Very Nice! Our Host was Most Helpful in everyway! Calling or texting whenever we had questions.

Perfect for a girls weekend

Frank was an amazing host. All correspondence was timely and friendly and included the info we needed. We felt very secure in the condo the whole weekend. The pictures are truly accurate of the accommodations! The condo is clearly well cared for and in good shape. I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you’re like me and need ALL the pillows! The extra touches of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in both bathrooms was so appreciated. The refrigerator has an ice dispenser and filtered water- so nice to not have to bring your own water! The view is peaceful, be aware the lake has so definite early birds on Saturday mornings- and I’m talking boats! Great proximity to so many great places to eat- but secluded if you want to get away from it all. I would highly recommend this rental and host. Thank you Frank!

Hot Springs Weekend Getaway

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was great for being able to relax and enjoy the views of the lake, while at the same time being close to everything we wanted to do. The lodging was top notch. Extremely clean and well stocked. We would definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Hot Springs.

Great place to stay in Hot Springs

The condo was just as advertised and very clean when we arrived. It's close enough to downtown, Oaklawn and Garvan Gardens...but far enough away to enjoy some quiet relaxation. Frank was very responsive and we would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Hot Springs area.
