They may say perfection doesn't exist, but I would argue that this rental comes pretty close! William and Lauren are lovely hosts who made check-in and check out a breeze. They shared with me that they are fellow travelers who have rented places many times themselves and have included little touches that they found particularly helpful as guests to their own place. This care shows in every part of the experience of staying here. This condo is clean, quiet, peaceful and safe. There are no weird smells and parking is plentiful. All of the furniture is very comfortable, but to be honest, we spent 90% of the time we were there out on the balcony enjoying the lake view. It was a real treat to come home from a long day of adventures and relax with a beverage to watch the sun set and the moon rise over Lake Hamilton. Our last night there in particular had a sunset to take your breath way.In addition to being lake side, this property is in close proximity to the popular attractions of the area such as Hot Springs National Park and the spectacular Garvin Woodland Gardens.We've always been beach and mountain people, but this place sure made us see the appeal of lake life. We we so sad to leave it when our checkout day came.Literally the only thing I would say was missing was a hair dryer in the bathroom for the two smaller bedrooms. Perhaps I missed it? Everything else was perfect.

We rented last minute to have a place for food, make last minute alterations to my daughters wedding dress and a placeto breathe from where the wedding party was staying. It was the perfect size and location. We saw an eagle early one morning. The lake was peaceful.

What a wonderful time we had at this location,the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful,rooms were very spacious and the overall layout was way better than the pictures. This is our forever spot when we are in hot springs if it's available.

Our family had an excellent stay here. The condo was clean and comfy with everything we needed. The unit had an amazing lake view with a nice, large balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton. This condo is so close and convenient to everything. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating!

Absolutely Outstanding

We stayed here for my daughter’s dance competition, and were blown away by this place! The view is beautiful, the balcony is huge. Every room has a tv, they left games, card games, legos. It has a washer and dryer in the apartment, and they leave Tide there to use. They also have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. The bedrooms, and bed are large and comfy. The room with the smaller bed has a bed under it that just rolls out! The pool is on the small side - but it was warm and the kids loved it. The only con is we couldn’t get the ice machine to work which wasn’t a huge issue because they had ice trays in the freezer for us. One room didn’t have a remote - again not a big deal. And the master TV is slow and doesn’t have cable, but again, nothing that affected our stay at all. Out of five stars, we would rate it 10, and would definitely come back!

Wonderful Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Exactly as advertised. Immaculate inside, warm and inviting with a super comfy couch. We also enjoyed the Keurig each morning and the amazing view of Lake Hamilton. Would definitely stay here again!

LOVE THIS PLACE

This was a beautiful place to stay on our quick summer get away. My boys loved that we were so close to the lake. I have zero complaints about the condo everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, and an amazing view.
