The condo was clean and well stocked and maintained. Host was very attentive and when the shower broke he sent someone over to fix it. A family member did accidently leave something and the communication has been minimal about getting that back.

Introducing Hot Springs

We met 2 other couples at the condo in Hot Springs. They had never been, so this was an introduction to them of all the things to do in Hot Springs. Everyone had a good time and hope to come back someday. The condo was very spacious and clean. It was very peaceful hearing the birds around the water and we saw 6 deer crossing the road very near the condo. The water view from the condo was so beautiful! We really enjoyed this property.

This condo is amazing! There is a lot of room! Chris is a wonderful host who addresses any issues promptly.We were welcomed with a gift upon arrival. We had a great trip and this place was absolutely beautiful!

Quiet and relaxing with interesting wildlife views

The property was nice with plenty of room. The kitchen was a little disorganized but easily usable, plus, that may be just a personal preference. Chris was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I especially liked the space, the egg chair, and the balcony facing the lake. We will plan to stay again on our next visit

Meeting son half way

Beautiful and spacious condo. Just the right amount of rooms/beds and bathrooms. Outside was beautiful too with the porch looking out onto the water. Upstairs fireplace didn't work along with the jacuzzi that we found the first night. Emailed the host the next day for which he emailed back soon after with suggestions for the jacuzzi and explained that the fireplace had just broken and they were waiting for replacement. The suggestion didn't work so the host offered to send someone out the next day. Someone shòwed up the next morning. She stated that it kicked the breaker under the tub. She stated that she has a new motor in her truck lif it didn't work for which she ordered 2 month before when it wasn't working but that it was just unplugged then. Well anyway the jacuzzi stopped working that night after ten minutes so will let them know
