Great place to stay. Plenty of room for large groups with three different common areas and three different outdoor areas if you’re looking for some privacy from the rest of your group. The whole property is private with a nice pool area and a well maintained yard. We spent most of our afternoons in the pool to escape the heat. The house was clean and the kitchen had plenty of cookware. There is a two stall covered dock if you’re wanting access to the water. The property is located close to a boat ramp and you’re able to get anywhere on the lake fairly quickly. It’s also about 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and the national park so great location all around. The property owner was responsive and available to resolve any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Lake house

Our family had a wonderful time at this large lake home with a huge pool and nice dock to swim from. The pool felt great, the home was well stocked with everything we needed. We rented a pontoon boat for a day from Great White Rentals and wave runners from Lake Zone rentals. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for the 9 of us.

It was the perfect place for me and my family of 12 . Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which is not common when renting . The pool was the highlight of the trip for the kids . We will definitely be back !

We enjoyed our Girl’s trip time in Hot Springs and staying in this amazing house. So much space and we loved the patio areas and pool area. House was very well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware. Linda, our host, was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place in Hot Springs!! Took all my good girlfriends with me to celebrate my 60th birthday. The accommodations were wonderful. The pool area was amazing. The sleeping arrangements were perfect. We totally would book again with Linda!

Nice Stay Conveniently Located

The property may not be new but it is well kept and a nice place to stay. It is very close to main thoroughfares going in all directions and a short drive to Oaklawn race track or downtown. I not hesitate to book it!

Great house for large groups

Perfect place for our large group of 10. Each couple had their own bed and bath. We enjoyed having a common space to play games, hang out, and catch up. The pool was a great addition as well! We also had a nearby marina drop off a boat at the dock on the weekend which was so conveinent!

Perfect Family “Resort” for Destination Wedding

Our son and his bride decided to have their wedding at the beautiful Anthony Chapel outside Hot Springs and we decided to arrive early for coordination and some time on the lake and stayed at Linda’s wonderful property. The property was perfect for us in every possible way from the pool, to the spaciousness, the dock for the boat we rented, the kitchen and other amenities. What made the place additionally special was the history and love that Linda has put into it and shared with us as. Most importantly, Linda was a best in class hostess with her availability, prompt attention to our questions and commitment to provide a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this great property for any family or group looking for a memorable retreat on Lake Hamilton.

PERFECTION

I wish I could give a 10 star rating. Our group was 3 generations aged 19 to 69. There were plenty of spaces to hang out together or to have privacy. Everyone loved the place. The pool was one of the cleanest that I've seen and was used often.Linda was great to work with and always available for any questions. I highly recommend this unique property. It's better than the pictures. If I'm ever in Hot Springs again this place will be my 1st choice.

We loved the pool!

There were 5 adults, 1 teen, and 1 child in our family group. We loved the amount of space we had. The very large den was our favorite room. We absolutely loved the pool and used it daily. The property is very private.

Perfect for a GIRLS GET AWAY—girls of any age

Spacious, beautiful, pool Crystal clear, 5 bathrooms!!!! My girls and I had a relaxing and regenerative 4 days. Environment allowed us to leave work and worries behind. Would schedule this home again if Hot Springs is our destination.

Lake Home in Hot Springs

House is interesting with many antique pieces. Updated areas are good and pool is lovely with good outdoor furniture. We had hoped to use boats with the dock but there is no space as the cove is crowded. We had to limit our younger children from being at the dock alone as the dock is not visible from the house. In fact there are no lake views and the walkway to dock is steep. House has good space although the downstairs bedroom with multiple beds is a long distance from a bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed being in Hot Springs. The owner was very good to work with.
