  • 900sqft deck plus a 13x19 Sibley Double Bell canvas tent on the deck! Just like our other Sibley sites.

    Chance of a lifetime to go on an affordable luxury RV vacation! No fuel expense, no camp site expense, no setup, no cleanup. Full setup kitchen, inside and outside fridge, towels, blankets, sheets. We have it setup so anyone can drive right up, walk in and enjoy!

    Private spot from other RVs, with an amazing view (this is not your normal RV park ;).

    This site is pet friendly with a $30 pet fee... please select a pet during your search or at check out.

    a beautiful view over hot brook canyon. Easy walk along the cliff side or get a real workout hiking down the grade 220 ft cliff side.

    Queen bed in bed room, couch sofa sleeper, plus a queen and a double bed in the tent!

    Fire pit and propane provided... dry summers forced us to give up the wood pits.

    Nice bathroom and shower.

    Ac, wifi, Coffee pot is a Keurig / drip combo pot.

    Enjoy everything from beautiful sunrises to amazing sunsets.

    RV is parked in a secluded area in the trees close to the cliff, but still easy to get to with a car or motorcycle and well hidden from the main house.

    Please remember this is a RV/Camping experience, the RV does have AC, but in the hot summer months we can not guarantee the RV will be as cool as your home. The nights typically drop down in the 50's/60s even in the summer, so with open windows, it usually is very comfortable sleeping.

Great property and the perfect location for hiking and all things in the Black Hills. Our kids loved the tent and the camper was perfect. We would 100% come back here again when visiting South Dakota.

The views were incredible!! The property was so peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub and yurt/tent was the cherry on top. We traveled with our 2 dogs, the area is very dog friendly with lots of adventuring to do. We definitely enjoyed our time here and will recommend to any friends & family wanting to discover the black hills!

An incredible stay and a gem of a find. We stayed for 7 nights (2 adults and 2 children-4 & 6). Views absolutely incredible- breathtaking. Our power went out briefly after a storm and Wade was instantly in communication with us. The children loved the goats (Waylon and Willie), playing fetch with their dog Crusier, and frisbee golf. It was truly hard to leave. We 100% plan to be back- feels like we left a piece of ourselves there. You won’t regret staying here. Warning- If you get motion sickness, the winding drive up/down the cliff may challenge your stomach, but it’s SO worth it!

Great glamping experience

Travel with three pre-teens and they loved the tent with two beds also loved the different seating arrangements inllon the deck, the beds are comfortable, the rv bed is a bit short as it is in the rv but that was the only downside. We very much enjoyed the stay!

Loved the accommodations - beautiful views - hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Perfect place for 5 gals to reconnect on their yearly outing !

What a gift!!!!

This property is perfect if you want to experience the Black Hills in a quite, serene and gorgeous spot. My family and I truly enjoyed pur stay and will most likely be back even though we are local!

Family Vacation

We had a great time in this gorgeous location. We ran into one question/issue during our stay and Wade was incredibly quick to help us and get it resolved. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful

Great place, the kids loved sleeping in the tent, loved all the wildlife, with deer walking down the cliff next to our site, couldn't ask for anything better.

It is a very peaceful and quiet place to rest and relax. Wade and Patrica are always available for questions or in our case getting our heat figured out for the cooler evenings. I have stayed there twice and will definitely stay again. Thanks for a great weekend!
