"I cam back to Space to finish my trip. Hasna, from Executive Sales, saw my previous review about the overhead noise in Room 804. She said Space would have changed my room if I requested. She was nice and professional.
It is true that I did not request a change. I was there for one day and tired.
I appreciate her concern and thanked her.
That said, 804 can be a bit noisy when there is an event in the meeting room. The hotel is super nice. Just ask for a different room."

"I recently booked for my wife who stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout her visit, always ready with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the amenities.

"We had a great stay at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel with our family. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service-minded, and the gym is modern, well equipped, and open 24/7. The rooftop pool was a very refreshing escape from the city’s bustle.
We can strongly recommend this hotel. A small tip for families traveling with toddlers: bring waterproof swim diapers for the pool, as they were difficult to find locally.*"

"-Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Staff from dining , house keeping, front desk, staff at the lobby , security and maintenance all came forward to help us through out our stay
- The kitchenette space could be more improved
- Some of the furniture is required to be improved
- location was secured and quiet
- The amenities specifically tooth brushes are to be improved quality other than that every other amenities were good enough "
