Dear guest. We are happy to read you worship the outstanding location of our BnB. Our BnB has a very large garden, direct lake access, a private beach and a swiming pool - all of which you dont find anywhere else in the area. I am wondering why you booked the cheapest room at a last minute rate - it is a single room and you came in two - if you are used to high standards. We have much larger rooms at a slightly higher price. Furthermore, your bathroom was down the hallway and private - but it is even listed as a shared bathroom. We have no TV in our BnB as a choice and the large majority of people are very happy with this.

Dear, we are happy to read you liked our location. Concerning the television and other expectations this isn't relevant for what we stand for (relaxed and familiar atmosphere in nature), probably a city hotel would be more suitable to your wishes. It was indeed bad timing that the oven made issues, but we organised and took it off the current quickly and replaced it the next day. We do not have a book of rules, we have one pager of basic house rules with no exceptional demands. We have an excellent wifi, probably you could have asked us to restart it to resolve the issue. Lastly, we do not have any Futons in our villa, but we will consider your comment that the mattress was too hard. Too bad you were not able to enjoy our breakfast, that day we had home made pancakes!
