This spacious house has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, style, and plenty of room for families and groups to enjoy a memorable stay.

On the lower floor, you will find the main social areas of the house. The bright and welcoming living room, with comfortable seating, a TV, and large windows, invites you to relax after a day of exploring. The abundance of natural light makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. On this floor you will also find the spacious dining area, ideal for group meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, so you can prepare your meals with ease. There is also a guest bathroom serving the common areas.

On the upper floor you will find the four bedrooms, offering greater privacy and tranquility. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom. One of the private bathrooms is equipped with a shower, while the other functions as a private service bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are served by a full bathroom equipped with a shower. All beds come with hotel-quality linens and fresh towels are provided for your comfort.

Outside, the charming terrace invites you to enjoy the mild climate of Ponta Delgada. With a comfortable seating area, it is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, unwind at the end of the day, or simply soak in the surrounding tranquility.

Guests will have exclusive access to the first and second floors of this historic home, including all four bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the delightful terrace.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-the-phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

A charming and comfortable apartment in Horta, on the beautiful island of Faial, ideally located to explore one of the most picturesque destinations in the Azores. Just 1 minute's walk from Horta Marina, guests can stroll along the waterfront, enjoy the local cafés, restaurants and shops, while taking in the magnificent views of Pico Island.

Its location is one of its greatest highlights: right in the city centre, close to the main attractions, services, and the ferry terminal to Pico Island. It is the perfect starting point to discover Faial and experience the unique atmosphere of the Azores with all the convenience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop is just a 2–3 minute walk from the property, with regular connections throughout Horta and to other parts of Faial Island.

As Faial Island does not have a railway network, transportation is primarily by car, taxi, and public buses.

Horta Airport (HOR) is approximately a 10–15 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
