I'm an octogenarian. My wife had a knee replacement four months ago. It would have been helpful if somewhere when we were booking we had been told that occupants of first floor apartments had sixteen steps to climb at possibly the steepest gradient in Horsham. We could have opted for an alternate unit or an alternate location.

Very comfortable and great to have the washer and dryer and good location, very quite but frustrating that the safe didn't work, the freezert would not freeze ice and when the room was serviced the toiletries are not replaced.

It was a nice place had a few issues but overall

Nice place to stay great location a few things could be fixed, We were welcomed in and the room is neat and tidy and clean just no remote for the TV that worked and the bathroom was a bit old other than that it was a nice place to stay

Central and convenient

Nicely fitted out with everything we needed. Our only suggestion for improvement is that the lighting in the bathroom could be improved. It is quite dull and not bright enough

It's lovely

Booked earlier in the day - a lovely apartment - I was arriving after reception closure and the owner called and advised everything ready - air con on (as it was a hideously hot day) and texted me all the details - it was easy and the room excellent - not enough car spots though is the only negative - otherwise it's perfect!

Wonderful luxurious hotel in Horsham

very surprised that such a wonderful hotel that is soo clean and modern is located in Horsham. Travelling on business so it was a long drive from Melbourne so it was nice to relax in a clean with modern décor and facilities. Wifi was very handy

Close to shops and park

Found the room very noisy with lots of traffic noise on a Friday night. The bed was too hard for me.

Stayed here for a business trip while in Horsham nice clean room that was very spacious nice and clean and well priced

Two night business trip

Stayed midweek for two nights. Although the room backed onto the highway, with the sliding door closed their was little noise discernible. A short walk to the community club which has recently opened, and serves very good quality and tasty (like home cooked) meals at a very reasonable price. Room was a bit smaller than we thought it would be, but it was comfortable and in the end was plenty big enough for us. Kind bed was a touch harder than preferred, but you take a bit of pot luck with beds don't you.

Did not get the room I thought I would get

Lovely place to stay staff very friendly but I thought rooms had ever balcony or court yard which it was noted on web site other than that it was a nice place to stay but I would not stay there again because of that I was told I should have ask when I booked but I went by web site I had the only room that did not have this

Nicest Location Central Horsham

Lovely location next to May Park in Hoesham. Close to all facilities and shopping. Room was comfortable with good quality furnishings. Will definitely be staying here again.

Nice motel style accomodation with full kitchen .

A few small niggles. The smoke alarm went off for no apparent reason and when we opened the door and left it open to clear the imaginary smoke, after a few minutes the open door generated a burglar alarm! The cupboard door enclosing the fridge jammed on the tiles when you tried to open it. A minor thing , but it took some gloss off what was otherwise a very well presented and equiped motel unit.
