    Beautifully renovated and featuring stylish interiors, it will be hard to leave this property to enjoy the nature that surrounds. Exuding creature comforts throughout and emanating warmth and serenity, you will wake up feeling wonderful in this two bedroom home-away-from home.



    Known as "Clearview" because of the elevated and 180 degree views of Brisbane Water on the Central Coast of NSW, you will be enchanted as you enter the front door as the view is all encompassing.



    The main bedroom suite over looks the majestic waters and national parkland which feels to encapsulate the room. This main bedroom has a secondary enclosed space which is perfect to house the infant traveller or as a place to lay your extra travelling gear. The built-in-robe and ensuite bathroom all make this a wondrous space for you to enjoy some much needed time-out. Step out onto the balcony from this main bedroom to enjoy a morning coffee surrounded by birds and nature at it's finest.



    The second bedroom houses a comfortable double bed, built-in-robes and the main bathroom has large bath plus separate shower and vanity for guests of this secondary bedroom. A separate powder room and laundry with both washing machine and dryer is perfect for your long-stay amenities.



    The stylish lounge overlooks the magnificent water views with extra-large flat screen smart TV for a cosy night in or enjoy board games and puzzles after a dinner with comfortable table seating for all four guests.



    Enjoy meal preparations with a view that can't be beat in your fully equipped kitchen featuring fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee pod machine, dishwasher and all of your cook-ware and glass-ware provided for a master- chef's night in.

Woy Woy Kayak Launch/boat ramp is only 4 minutes' drive away and if arriving by train, Woy Woy train station is only 9 minutes' drive away where you will also find your local Woolworths Grocery and speciality stores.



    Perched on a peninsula at the southern edge of Brisbane Water, Woy Woy offers superb seafood, endless water views and plenty of charm. In this laid-back town on the NSW Central Coast, enjoy fish and chips by the waterfront, watching as kayakers paddle by, pelicans wander the wharf and fishing boats bob on the water.



    A gateway to the area’s gorgeous beaches, waterways and national parks, Woy Woy has been a popular tourist destination for more than 130 years. Holidaymakers began arriving in the tiny fishing village in 1889 after construction of the Hawkesbury River Railway Bridge. Explore the picture-perfect coastline around Woy Woy on a scenic ferry tour.



    For lunch, grab a seat on the deck at the stylish Woy Woy Fishermen’s Wharf and savour a local seafood feast and stunning views over the water to Pelican Island. Alternatively, you can get your meal to go from the on-site seafood market. Another dining spot with sweeping water views is the nearby Boathouse Bar and Dining, an elegant restaurant at Koolewong Marina.



    Bring your mountain bike and explore tracks through Brisbane Water National Park, like Tommos loop and Rocky Ponds cycling loop. Hike to the top of Staples lookout for fabulous views over Mount Wondabyne, the park’s highest point. Or take in Woy Woy at a more sedate pace with a round of golf at Everglades Country Club.



    To appreciate the area’s natural beauty, catch a scenic round trip ferry ride from Woy Woy Wharf, which takes about an hour and glides through the sparkling waterways of Brisbane Water and the Cockle Channel. Alternatively, join Glenworth Valley Outdoor Adventures for a wine and seafood kayak tour of Woy Woy Bay and Brisbane Water.



    Looking for the ultimate of swimming locations? The secret Woy Woy Waterfall became a bit of a Tiktok sensation. It’s a pretty cool spot where a trough has been made at the bottom of a small waterfall, creating the perfect little plunge pool in the bush - a great place to cool off on a hot day and to get the ultimate pic of your Australian adventure!

    The Neighborhood:

    Brisbane Water National Park, near Gosford on the NSW Central Coast offers great walks, cycling and fishing spots. The park protects ancient Aboriginal rock engraving sites. Located 12km from Gosford, the park covers 12,000ha of rugged sandstone country, and boarders the Hawkesbury River, which feeds cascading waterfalls. The landscape is gorgeous all year round, especially from late winter to early spring when it comes alive with colourful wildflowers.



    The park offers a range of wonderful experiences, making it a great day-trip or weekend away from the city.



    Come to see colourful spring wildflowers, ancient Aboriginal engraving sites and scenic views from the park's lookouts. There are great fishing spots to discover, along with walking and cycling trails that cross rainforest and rugged sandstone country. The park's waterways are a great place to spend a day on the water, so don't forget your kayak or boat with Woy Woy kayak launch/boat ramp just around the corner!



    Head to one of the coastal towns, like Umina Beach to organise your lunch before finding your own scenic picnic spot, or make a stop at Patonga for some tasty fish and chips and a beach view.



    Aboriginal people in the area have a long association with the landscape of Brisbane Water National Park and much evidence of this remains today in the form of rock engravings, foreshore middens and rock paintings. The flat, exposed areas of Hawkesbury sandstone within the park provide an ideal 'canvas' for Aboriginal artists, and there are hundreds of rock engraving sites throughout the park. Aboriginal sites on Hawkesbury sandstone have a distinctive style of engraving which is unique in Australia. The Bulgandry Aboriginal engraving site at Kariong is an excellent example of rock art within the park and is easily accessible.



    Getting Around:

    Horsfield Bay just outside of Woy Woy is a 1hr 15min drive north from Sydney and around 90min south from Newcastle. You can also catch the train direct from Sydney to Woy Woy Station, with the journey taking around 1hr 15min. Hop on a Central Coast Ferry from Woy Woy Wharf to connect to other towns on Brisbane Water.

    -Additional exit clean fee of $350 for bookings of two months or more.

    -$150 fee for accidental lock out, lost keys or failure to return keys as per self-check out





    There is a steep incline from the driveway to the front door of the property. Stairs also available for ease of entry from the carport. There is also a garage available.



    Accessing the water's edge is through national park reserve and the pathway is precarious. Access pathway at your own risk.

We lived our stay here, such a beautiful view and location. Parking was tricky with such a steep driveway, but had everything we needed for a lovely 2 night stay.

Amazing views from every window

My husband, toddler and I stayed in this lovely house for a few days leading up to the Australia Day long weekend. The house is well appointed, with the most beautiful views from every single window, and just 10-15 minutes away from great beaches, restaurants and cafes. The team looking after the property including Angela and Russell were very responsive and always helpful with any queries we had during our stay.

Overall the house was clean and tidy inside and view was lovely. Unfortunately we ran out of hot water in the morning after only one shower. One issue all four adults had was the pillows were too hard and high. One reason that might have been was due to the fact they were in crammed into undersized pillow slips. It would have been helpful for the instructions to have mentioned that the front door key did not give entrance to the front door on the bridge. The steep drive way was tricky and we were informed that the guests who were there the day before had to hire a tow truck to get out of the drive in a Tesla 3. I also have an electric car so I did not attempt to drive down the driveway given that information. Perhaps the steepness of the driveway should be something that prospective guests should be told in the early part of the property description.
