No instructions for fans, remotes, etc. Rips in porch screens. Screen door mechanism off laying on the sill. Dock has had no maintenance. No bulb in light and top missing with critters living inside. "Our family really enjoyed our stay at the property. Centrally located to a lot of great spots we visited including multiple parks and springs. Very comfortable and inviting home with all the esentials. It really made us feel like we were at home. I would 100 percent recommend this place to anyone.
