Overall we had a fabulous stay! We were celebrating our girlfriend’s birthday so it was a girls trip. The house was pretty clean and we had everything we needed except toilet paper. There was only one full roll in the whole house. The only other issue was the front door lock. It was not working properly when we arrived so, luckily, we were able to get in through an open back door. The pool and back patio were so relaxing!

Nice House With a Great View

A well-kept older home with a great pool. Three nights with family. Only issue was the dishwasher stopped working so we needed to hand wash the last day. Other than that, nice stay.

Great Place

This is our second time staying here and it never disappoints. We love the space and the fact everyone has their own bathroom. The house comes with everything you need for a great stay. The only issue we had was the water would not get hot, however in the middle of summer in the Texas heat, it was not a big deal. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Great home in the hill country.

I began our stay with great trepidation. I texted with “Vacasa” frequently and they were not very helpful or forthcoming of what I needed to bring (spices,foil,Tupperware,etc..) and was told no Christmas decor in the home (despite listing saying it had decor on VRBO). Once we got to the home I realized I didn’t need to bring half of what we did:( There is a local property manager and the “Vacasa” people I texted with did not put me in touch with her. All would have been so much easier for me if they did, she was lovely. Something I will remember to ask for in the future!! The house is wonderful!! We had 8 family members from all over. Everyone throughly enjoyed their stay. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The view was stunning!! Too cold for the pool but we were all able to take a few long hikes in the hills. House is close to airport you do hear a few small airplanes taking off and landing. We have boys who love planes and they enjoyed watching them. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen for baking a full meal & to store leftovers, spices, and other basics were available. Everyone voted to book this house again for next year!

Incredible House and We Highly Recommend It

This is a fabulous house. Our family gathered there - 3 daughters & their husbands, 3 grandkids ages, 17, 15 and 2, plus my wife and me. With the intense heat in Texas, 100+, the pool provided great respite. The pool has morning shade and late afternoon shade. Great seating areas are all around the pool. We enjoyed the tall table with stools. It was a great place to drink coffee, enjoy the view and watch the deer. The kitchen is very well stocked. Many extras including 2 ovens, 2 coffee makers, and 2 refrigerators. Lots of dishes and cookware. The only thing we needed, but no big deal was a cutting board and plastic containers. Great seating through out the home. Wonderful bedroom suites that provided great rest. Plenty of places to get personal time when you needed a little solitude. The internet is slow, but it is the fastest offered for the area. While we didn't utilize them, lots of TVs and other entertainment options were available. Lots of board games were there for our utilization.

Family wedding

Although we reside in Horseshoe Bay, this was the first experience for some of my family to the Texas hill country. Needless to say, it made it very difficult for them to leave, and were blown away by the quality of customer service that we received from the management. Will definitely be staying at this residence again whenever family and friends come to visit!
