The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Lots of room with ample storage. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Super quiet w/ beautiful views. The only thing I wish we had knew/seen before getting groceries our 1st night were the carts on the ground floor to help get everything up to our room on the 10th floor. Checking in and out was a breeze & the parking spot was perfect (close to the entrance to the garage). The bracelets that they give upon check in might be a little large for kids. My daughter lost hers within 5 minutes on the beach - but that was our fault for not noticing sooner how large it really was on her. The beach service we purchased from La Dolce Vita was perfect for our family. We will definitely come back!

House was wonderful, kids loved playing hide and seek. The house has everything you would have in your own home. The location is the best, right by the resort restaurant waterfront bar and grill and the floating pool. The cove is great to swim in and we used the paddle boards and kayaks to cruise around the cove. The dock is newer and in great shape was very easy to keep our boat tied up. Had a great time in the evening fishing off the dock.

Get away fishing trip

This was a great place to stay. Took our boat for a short three day fishing trip. Being able to park it right at the dock outside the front door made everything convenient. The condo was clean, comfortable and just as advertised.Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay!

We had such a good stay! There was so much fun water toys for the kids. Great place for little swimmers! There were also plenty of games and movies available. We cooked a little during our stay but also really enjoyed a meal at the waterfront restaurant that’s walking distance from the townhome.

A Perfect Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing townhome that is well-equipped in every area, from the kitchen to comfortable beds to the relaxing balconies and patio, not to mention all of the books, games, and lake toys. Beautiful property and stunning views

Horseshoe Bay was the perfect fall get away for me and my group of teacher friends. The property and views were above and beyond our expectations. The house was equipped with everything we needed. (Clean, organized, well stocked, comfortable beds, books, board games, yard games, lake toys) The views of the lake were amazing and could be seen from all 3 floors! Drinking a glass of wine on the water front deck watching the sun set was icing on the cake! Patricia was super responsive and check in and check out was super easy! I highly recommend this property. Will definitely come back to Horseshoe Bay!

Absolutely perfect!

We had so much fun at this house for our family vacation! The house was so clean and well stocked! It had so many fun things for the kids to play with in the water and board games! One of the best homes we have stayed at. Will definitely be returning in the future! Loved how shallow the water was off the dock for the kids to play but could still park our rented boat. I do not have a single thing I would change or suggest for this house. Thank y’all so much for sharing your home with us!

Love this place!

We so enjoyed staying at this property! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, and location was fantastic with lots of lake toys to keep everyone entertained. The only downside was that it was super hot outside and the downstairs bedroom did not seem to cool off as well as the rooms upstairs. I would totally rent this place again though! We just won’t come in July when it is 100+ degrees outside. :)

Great property and location

Great time here! Place is beautiful & clean, owners very friendly. Definitely recommend. We rented boats and jet skis from splash boat rentals in Kingsland but wouldn’t do that again it’s a 25 minute drive to get there and then have to drive your boat back. It seems they don’t deliver any more. Lake LBJ boat rentals way closer. Great time regardless.

A perfect waterside getaway!

This lovely lakeside property has everything you need to relax and enjoy the water! Outfitted with plenty of water toys and everything you need for outdoor fun. Conveniently located next to Horseshoe Bay Resort and nearby restaurants. Kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Ample decks and dockside spaces to enjoy morning coffee and soak in the sun. High speed wifi worked great for working remotely! An amazing place to escape for a few days!!

Great location, cleanliness needs work

We had a great stay at this property. The host was very responsive, which is always nice. The location is great and its extremely convenient if you’re bringing a boat. We had two issues during our stay. The first issue was a lack of cleaning. Whoever cleaned the unit did not do a good job. I wouldn’t say it was extremely dirty or anything, but there were signs that it was not thoroughly cleaned. A few examples of this were a used bar of soap in the shower, trash in the trash cans upon arrival, and grime around a bottle of hand soap showing they just wiped around it when cleaning. The second issue was a lack of washcloths. The listing says that they supply bath towels, so I felt safe assuming that meant washcloths too. We booked the unit for 7 people, and we arrived to only find 2 washcloths in the whole unit. I searched every cabinet and closet I could. I then called the host and she answered immediately. I do have to say she did resolve the issue quickly by sending me to another unit she owns to get washcloths from there. My only real problem was that when I told her that I only found 2 and needed 5 more she acted very surprised. I don’t see how that’s surprising that I need a washcloth for each person in my party. Overall, it served our purpose, and we enjoyed our stay at this property. Next time I return to the Lake LBJ area, I think I’ll look for someplace else.
