The road I right in the town and yet so quiet! Nearby are the lovely water meadows and Croft for country walks so hardly used the car as all accessible on foot.pleasure to enjoy strolling around the town after dark to see the Christmas lights as it was safe and comfortable…and it didn’t...

"I booked 2 rooms, one was much bigger and was better than the other but both adequate for 1 night. The bathroom in the smaller room was unfinished but totally usable. The shared facilities were good, lovely lounge. Beds were not that comfortable to be honest. Garden and outside areas looked lovely, a bit too cold to use unfortunately. We appreciated the selection of teas! We also enjoyed reading the history of the ownership of the cottage, dating back to 1604.
