"The general appearance of the property is clean and neat, but once we got settled in, we all noticed a lot of pet hair all around the house. Our party was comprised of dog lovers, but we did bring our pets on vacation and didn't want to see pet hair in our rooms. I understand that this property is "pet friendly" which is great, but to me there should never be evidence of previous pets in the house. "House was beautiful and had a ton of great things like nice pots and pans, dishes, stereo, TV, etc. rooms were comfortable and bathrooms great. Only suggestions would be a table that seats 6 since you can have 6 there and a variety of pillows that aren’t so thick. Really enjoyed our stay."

"This was the PERFECT place to stay! Spacious, light-filled, with comfy furnishings. Just sitting and gazing out at the ocean and sky through the enormous floor-to-second-floor-ceiling windows was restorative. But we also took long walks, following the sweet little path the owner had built from the yard through the bushes and over the creek (heard frogs) out to the beach -- a short distance, and then you can walk miles in either direction. "Excellent service, friendly service and a great locale. Good proximity to town, shore, activities and services. This park was quiet and clean had all we needed and more. We didnt fish or clam this time, but they have ammenities for that as well. Yes its an older property but is well run. Will definitely stay again."

"Loved cottage. Deck needed de mossed/cleaned up. Table& chairs outside too low for elderly.Toilet low also, as others reported. I tried washer/dryer combo- hated it. Took forever for a few things. Broken outside doorstop. For my needs, the toilet was hardest to do. Deck didnt matter this time. I will do these cottages again. I know what to expect now. Easy parking right outside door. Nicely decorated & clean. "

"Our family was delightfully surprised by the character of our villa. We loved wearing Viking helmets and eating in the Viking ship! We had 5 adults and we all slept well, even the pullout couch was comfortable. We reserved our villa 1 hour before our arrival, it took some digging but once we found a phone number to call, we were able to quickly get settled in our villa. "
