"This property is beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect. We enjoyed every part of the property. The pool, pier, kayaking, bicycling and the boat dock. A lot of fishing off that boat dock and searching for manatees. We were very exciting when we saw a couple of manatees! Love Placencia and Sunset Pointe!"

"This listings pictures have to be from like 10 years ago as the building has seen better days. I have updated ones but there is now way to upload. The place itself was ok. Really limited in dishes and silverware. The washer and dryer is so close to the toilet that if you are elderly or a bit huskier you may not be able to use it.
