Excellent staff, very polite and helpful. Situated right in the centre of Shrewsbury so ideally placed. Our room was compact, but had everything that we needed and it was clean and tidy. Cuando llegue al hotel me dicen que no tienen habitaciones disponibles y que ha sido un error de ustedes . Tuve que buscar otro hotel y por supuesto no con hoteles.com que no sé si volveré a utilizar . Dos cancelaciones el mismo día y encima ustedes ya me han cobrado la habitación .
